Claims (8)
- 회전자에 영구자석을 사용하며 3상의 전기자 권선을 구비한 영구자석 동기전동기에 있어서, 상기 회전자의 회전위치 및 회전속도를 검출하는 검출수단과, 상기 검출수단에 의하여 검출된 회전속도를 미리 설정된 기준속도와 비교하여 양자의 차이값을 출력하는 비교수단과, 상기 비교수단에 의하여 얻어진 차이값이 소정값을 초과한 때에만, 상기 영구자석을 증자하는 방향의 자계성분을 만드는 여자전류를 상기 전기자권선에 발생시키는 여자성분으로서, 상기 전기자권선에 공급되어 있는 전류에 대해 위상을 90도 다르게 하여, 상기 차이값의 증감에 대응하여 증감하는 여자성분값을 출력하는 여자성분발생수단과, 상기 검출수단에 의해 검출된 회전위치 및 상기 비교수단에 의해 얻어진 차이값으로 이루어진 백터값과, 상기 회전위치와 상기 여자성분발생 수단에 의해 얻은 여자성본값에 의거하여 상기 각 전기자권선에 공급하는 전류를 결정하는 변환수단과, 이 변환수단에 의하여 얻어진 값에 의거하여 상기 각 전기자 권선의 전류를 제어하는 전류제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 동기전동기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은, 상기 회전자에 결합된 펄스반전기인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석동기전동기의 제어강치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비교수단은, 비례증폭기인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 동기전 동기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비교수단은, 비레적분 증폭기인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 동기전동기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환수단은, 상기 비교수단에 의하여 얻어진 차의 값에 비례한 값을 최고치로하는 정현파 전류에서, 상기 검출수단에 의하여 검출된 회전위치에 대응하는 위상에서의 전류치를 각상의 전류치로서 구하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 동기전동기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류제어수단은, 교류전류를 정류하는 정류부와, 이 정류부에서는 얻어진 직류전류를 3상 교류전류로 변환하는 인버터부와, 상기 변환수단에 의하여 결정된 값에 의거하여 상기 인버터부를 제어하는 제어부로구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 동기전동기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여자성분 발생수단은, 상기 소정치를 초과한 분의 차의 값에 비례하는 값을 출력하는 함수발생기인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 동기전동기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 번환수단은, 상기 비교수단에 의하여 얻어진 차이값에 비례하는 값을 최고치로하는 정현파 전류에 있어서, 상기 검출수단에 의하여 검출된 회전위치에 대응하는 위상에서의 전류치와, 상기 여자성분 발생수단에 의하여 얻어진 여자성분치를 최고치로 하는 정현파전류에 있어서, 상기 검출수단에의하여 검출된 회전위치에 대응하는 위치에서의 전류치와의 합성치를 각 상의 전류치로서 구하는 수단일 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석 동기전동기의 제어장치.
