Abstract
내측링과 외측링을 테이퍼면끼리 쐐기 맞춤시켜 축과 회전체를 체결하는 마찰식 체결구에 있어서, 내측링과 축의 체결면에서의 면압을 균일화 할 수 있는 체결구를 제공하는 것이다.
마찰식 체결구(10)는, 내측링(20), 외측링(30)및 여러개의 볼트(40)를 가지고 이루어진다. 내측링(20)의 바깥 둘레쪽은, 플랜지부(21)로부터 다른 끝단을 향하여 직경이 감소되는 테이퍼면(23)이다. 외측링(30)은, 내측링(20)의 테이퍼면(23)과 대향하도록 , 내부 둘레쪽에 테이퍼면(31)이 형성되어 있다. 내측링(20)이 테이퍼면의 테이퍼각(θi)이 외측링(30)의 테이퍼면의 테이퍼각 (θo)보다 크다.

Claims (1)
- 내측링의 바깥 둘레쪽의 테이퍼면과 외측링의 내부 둘레쪽의 테이퍼면을 볼트에 의해서 축방향으로 쐐기 맞춤시켜 축과 회전체를 체결하는 마찰식 체결구에 있어서, 상기 내측링의 상기 테이퍼면의 테이퍼각을 상기 외측링의 상기 테이퍼면의 테이퍼각보다 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰식 체결구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
