Abstract

여분의 헤드광학시스템을 필요로 하지 않으며 데이터체크의 동작에 요하는 시간을 단축할 수 있는 광디스크 기록장치. 신호기록중의 광디스크로부터의 반사광에 기초한 신호의 교란을 검출함에 따라, 신호기록중에 광디스크상에 신호가 바르게 기록되어 있는지 아닌지를 판단한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 대한 광디스크 기록장치의 구성을 나타낸 블록도.

Claims (8)

  1. 레이저광을 조사함에 따라 광디스크에 신호를 기록하는 신호기록수단과, 신호기록중에 광디스크로부터의 반사광을 수광하여, 반사광신호를 출력하는 반사광신호검출회로와, 반사광신호의 교란을 검출함에 따라, 광디스크에 신호가 정상으로 기록되고 있는지 아닌지를 판단하는 판단회로 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반사광신호검출회로의 주파수영역이 신호기록주파수보다도 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록장치.
  3. 광디스크에 레이저광을 강도변조하면서, 조사함에 따라 광디스크에 신호를 기록하는 헤드와 레이저광의 광디스크로부터의 반사광을 수광하여 전기신호를 변환하는 광검출기와, 광검출기로부터의 신호를 받아서, 반사광신호의 이상을 검출함에 따라, 광디스크에 기록이 정상으로 기록되어 있는지 아닌지를 판단하는 이상판단회로 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 신호검출회로의 주파수영역이 레이저광의 강도변조주파수보다도 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록장치.
  5. 광디스크에 레이저광을 강도변조하면서, 조사함에 따라 광디스크에 신호를 기록하는 헤드와, 레이저광의 광디스크로부터의 반사광을 수광하여, 전기신호로 변환하는 광검출기와, 광검출기로부터의 신호를 받아서 자동 포커스 제어를 위한 서어보신호를 출력하는 서어보신호검출회로와, 서어보신호를 받아서 서어보신호의 이상을 검출함에 따라, 광디스크에 전술한 신호가 정상으로 기록되어 있는지 아닌지를 이상판단회로 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록장치.
  6. 레이저광을 기록신호에 따라서 강도변조하면서 광디스크에 조사함에 따라 광디스크에 신호를 기록하는 헤드와, 레이저광의 광디스크로부터의 반사광을 수광하여, 전기신호로 변환하는 광검출기와, 광검출기로부터의 신호를 받고, 반사광신호를 출력하는 신호검출회로와, 반사광신호와 기록신호를 받아서, 이것들 양 신호를 비교하는 비교회로와, 비교회로로부터의 출력에 따라, 광디스크에 신호가 정상으로 기록되고 있는지 아닌지를 판단하는 이상판단회로 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록장치.
  7. GdFeCo 재생층을 구비한 직접·중복기재할 수 있는 광자기디스크에 레이저광을 조사함에 따라 신호를 기록하는 신호기록수단과, 신호기록중에, 광디스크로부터의 반사광의 케르효과를 검출하는 케르효과 검출부와, 케르효과 검출부로부터의 출력에 따라, 광디스크에 데이터가 정상으로 기록되어 있는지 아닌지를 판단하는 판단회로 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록장치.
  8. GeFeCo 재생층을 구비한 직접·중복기재할 수 있는 광자기디스크에 레이저광을 조사함에 따라 신호를 기록하는 헤드와, 신호기록중에 광디스크로부터의 반사광의 케르효과를 검출하는 케르효과 검출보와, 레이저광의 광디스크로부터의 반사광을 수광하여 전기신호로 변환하는 광검출기와, 광검출기로부터의 신호를 받아서, 반사광신호를 출력하는 신호검출회로와, 케르효과 검출부로부터의 출력과 반사광신호에 따라 광디스크에 신호가 정상으로 기록되어 있는지 아닌지를 판단하는 판단회로 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 기록장치.
