Abstract

본 발명에 따르면 1) 폴리이소시아네이트와, 2) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 수소 원자를 두개 이상 가지고, 분자 내에 하나의 3급 질소 원자를 함유하며, 분자량이 150 내지 1500인 화합물을, 3) 발포제로 히드로플루오로알칸이 존재하는 가운데, 그리고 경우에 따라 4) 그 자체로 공지된 다른 첨가제 및 보조제의 존재하에 반응시킴으로써 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조한다.

Claims (11)

1)이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 수소 원자를 두개 이상 가지고, 분자내에 하나의 3급 질소 원자를 함유하며, 분자량이 150 내지 1500인 화합물과, 2) 폴리이소시아네이트를, 3) 발포제로 히드로플루오로알칸 및(또는) 순수 탄화수소가 존재하는 가운데, 그리고 경우에 따라 4) 그 자체로 공지된 다른 보조제 및 첨가제의 존재 하에 반응시킴으로써 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조할 때 폴리올 성분에 대한 히드로플로오로알칸 및 (또는) 순수 탄화수소의 용해도를 증가시키기 위한 상기 성분 1)의 용도.
제1항에 있어서, 성분 1)이 분자량이 250 내지 500인 폴리에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 성분 1) 이 트리에탄올아민을 프로필렌 옥사이드 및(또는) 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시켜서 얻어진 폴리에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 성분 1) 이 에틸렌디아민을 프로필렌 옥사이드 및(또는) 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시켜서 얻어진 폴리에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제 3)으로 1,1,1,4,4,4-헥사플로오로부탄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제 3)으로 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제 3) 1,1,1,2,3,3, 헵타플루오로프로판을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제로 시클로펜탄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제로 n-펜탄 및(또는) i- 펜탄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제로 2,2-디메틸부탄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포제로 n-펜탄, i-펜탄 및(또는) 시클로펜탄의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
