Abstract

본 발명은 ⒜ 당량이 400 내지 1500이고 공칭 작용가가 2이상인 폴리에테르 폴리올(ⅰ); 물(ⅱ) 1.0 내지 12pphp; 지수가 50 내지 150으로 되기에 충분한 양의, 평균 작용기가 1.5 내지 6인 유기 이소시아네이트(ⅲ); 계면활성제(ⅳ) 0.0001 내지 5중량%; 폴리우레탄 발포체용 촉매(ⅴ) 0.0001 내지 5중량% 및 2개 이상의 반응성 작용기를 갖는 가교결합제/중량제를 포함하는 발포 가공 보조제(ⅵ) 0.1 내지 40pphp로부터 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성하고, ⒝ 발포체가 발포된 후에, 당해 폴리우레탄 발포체를 기계적으로 냉각시킴을 포함하는, 통상적인 폴리우레탄 슬랩재 발포체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (20)

  1. ⒜ 당량이 400 내지 1500이고 공칭 작용가가 2이상인 폴리에테르 폴리올(ⅰ); 물(ⅱ) 1.0 내지 12pphp; 지수가 50 내지 150으로 되기에 충분한 양의, 평균 작용기가 1.5 내지 6인 유기 이소시아네이트(ⅲ); 계면활성제(ⅳ) 0.0001 내지 5중량%; 폴리우레탄 발포체용 촉매(ⅴ) 0.0001 내지 5중량% 및 2개 이상의 반응성 작용기를 갖는 가교결합제/중량제를 포함하는 발포 가공 보조제(ⅵ) 0.1 내지 40pphp로부터 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성하고, ⒝ 발포체가 발포된 후에, 당해 폴리우레탄 발포체를 기계적으로 냉각시킴을 포함하는, 통상적인 폴리우레탄 슬랩재 발포체(polyurethane slabstok foam)의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발포 가공 보조제가 기포 개방제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 기포 개방제가 글리세롤의 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 기포 개방제 대 가교결합제/중합제의 중량비가 6:1 내지 1:2인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중량비가 3:1인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트의 평균 작용기가 2인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가교결합제/중량제의 분자량이 250g/㏖ 미만이고 가교결합제/중량제가 반응성 작용기를 3개 이상 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 가교결합제/중량제가 헥사하이드록시 작용성 분자인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 발포 가공 보조제의 분자량이 200 내지 20000이고 당량이 50 내지 2000인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 기계적 냉각공정이 ⒜ 폴리우레탄 발포체의 표면을 제거하고 발포체를 통해 유체를 통과시키는 단계, ⒝ 폴리우레탄 발포체 표면에서 슬릿을 절단하고 폴리우레탄 발포체를 통해 유체를 통과시키는 단계 및 ⒞ 폴리우레탄 발포체를 통해 구멍을 뚫고 발포체를 통해 유체를 통과시키는 단계로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 기계적 냉강공정이, 폴리우레탄 발포체로부터 기체 방출이 개시된 후에 수행되는 방법.
  12. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  13. ⒜ 당량이 400 내지 1500이고 공칭 작용가가 2이상인 폴리에테르 폴리올(ⅰ); 물(ⅱ) 1.0 내지 12pphp; 지수가 95 내지 115로 되기에 충분한 양의, 평균 작용기가 2인 유기 이소시아네이트(ⅲ); 계면활성제(ⅳ) 0.0001 내지 5중량%; 폴리우레탄 발포체용 촉매(ⅴ) 0.0001 내지 5중량% 및 2개 이상의 반응성 작용기를 갖는 가교결합제/중량제를 포함하는 발포 가공 보조제(ⅵ) 0.1 내지 40pphp로부터 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성하고, ⒝ 발포체가 발포된 후에, 당해 폴리우레탄 발포체를 기계적으로 냉각시킴을 포함하는, 통상적인 폴리우레탄 슬랩재 발포체의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 발포 가공 보조제가 기포 개방제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 기포 개방제가 글리세롤의 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물인 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 기포 개방제 대 가교결합제/중합제의 중량비가 6:1 내지 1:2인 방법.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 가교결합제/중량제의 분자량이 250g/㏖ 미만이고 가교결합제/중량제가 반응성 작용기를 3개 이상 함유하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 가교결합제/중량제가 헥사하이드록시 작용성 분자인 방법.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 발포 가공 보조제의 분자량이 2000 내지 20000이고 당량이 50 내지 2000인 방법.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 기계적 냉강공정이, ⒜ 폴리우레탄 발포체의 표면을 제거하고 발포체를 통해 유체를 통과시키는 단계, ⒝ 폴리우레탄 발포체 표면에서 슬릿을 절단하고 폴리우레탄 발포체를 통해 유체를 통과시키는 단계 및 ⒞ 폴리우레탄 발포체를 통해 구멍을 뚫고 발포체를 통해 유체를 통과시키는 단계로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
