Abstract
본 발명은 폴리올, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 우레탄 촉매 조성물 및 물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을, pKa가1인 브뢴스테드산의 4급 암모늄염 또는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속염인 삼중합 촉매와 금형내에서 1단계에 반응시킨후 발포시키는 단계를 포함하는 수-팽창 성현된 가요성 폴리우레탄 포옴을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이 방법은 삼중합 촉매가 100g의폴리올당 약0.005 내지 0.04g 밀리당량의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 바람직한 삼중합 촉매는 N-(2-히드록시페닐)메틸 글리시네이트 알칼리 금속, 특히 N-(2-히드록시-5-노닐페닐)메틸-N-메틸 글리시네이트 알칼리 금속이다.

Claims (20)
- 폴리올, 유기 폴링소시아네이트, 우레탄 촉매 조성물 및 물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 금형내에서 1단계로 반응시키고 발포키는 수-팽창된 셩형 가요성 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법에 있어서, 반응 혼합물중의 이소시아네이트 삼중합 촉매가 100g의 폴리올당 약 0.005 내지 0.04g meq의 양으로존재하는 것을 특징으로 한는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 pKa1인 브뢴스테드산의 알칼리 금속염 또는 알칼리 토금속염 또는 4급 암모늄염이고, 화함물은 (a) 25℃에서 100㎕의 물에 대해1g의 수용해도를 가진 무기 알칼리 토금속염, (b)알칼리 금속 디하이드로젠 인산염, (c) 알칼리 금속 황산염 및 (d) 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물 또는 알콕시드를 제외한 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 알칼리 금소 카르복실레이트인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 알칼리 금속 N-(2-히드록시페닐)메틸 글리시네이트인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 알칼리 금속N-(2-히드록시-5-노닐페닐)메틸-N-메틸 글리시네이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 4급 암모늄 카르복실레이트인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 트리메틸-2-히드록시프로필암모늄 프로메이느; N-(2-히드록시프로필)트리에틸렌디아민-2-에틸헥사노에이트 및 디메틸-2-히드록시에틸-2-히드록시프로필암모늄 포르메이트로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 4급 암모늄 카르복실레이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 반응 혼합물중에 100g의 폴리올당 약 0.006 내지 0.03g meq의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 폴리올; 유기 폴리이소시아네이트; 겔화 촉매 및 팽창 촉매를 포함하는 우레탄 촉매 조성물; 및 물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 금형내에서 1단계로 반응시키고발포시키는 수-팽창된 성형 가요성 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 또한 100g의 폴리올당 약 0.006 내지 0.03g meq의 양으로존재하는 4급 암모늄 카르복실레이트 또는 알칼리 금속 카르복실레이트인 삼중합 촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 알칼리 금속 N-(2-히드록시페닐)메틸 글리시네이트인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 알칼리 금속N-(2-히드록시-5-노닐페닐)메틸-N-메틸 글리시네이트인 방법.
- 제9항에있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 트리메틸-2-히드록시프로필암모늄 포르메이트; N-(2-히드록시프로필)트리에틸렌디아민-2-에틸헥사노에이트 및 디메틸-2-히드록시에틸-2 히드록시프로필암모늄 포르메이트로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 4급 암모늄 카르복실레이트인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 100g의 폴리올당 약 0.008 내지 0.03g meq의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 우레탄 촉매 조성물이 겔화촉매인 트리에틸렌디아민 및 팽창촉매인 비스(디메틸아미노에틸)에테르 또는 펜타메틸디에틸렌트리아민을 포함하고, 삼중합 촉매는 100g의 폴리올당 약 0.008 내지 0.03g meq의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 알칼리 금속 N-(2-히드록시페닐)메틸 글리시테이트인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 알칼리 금속 N-(2-히드록시-5-노닐페닐) 메틸-N-메틸 글리시네이트인 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 삼중합 촉매가 트리메틸-2-히드록시프로필암모늄 포르메이트; N-(2-히드록시프로필)트리에틸렌디아민-2-에틸헥사노에이트 및 디메틸-2-히드록시에틸-2-히드록시프로필암모늄 포르메이트로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 4급 암모늄 카르복실레이트인 방법.
- 92.5 내지 99.9중량%의 t-우레탄 촉매 및 0.1 내지 7.5중량%의 이소시아네이트 삼중합 촉매를 주성분을 하며, t-우레탄 촉매는 40 내지 60중량y의 겔화 촉매 및 40 내지 60중량y의 팽창 촉매를 주성분으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 겔화 촉매가 트리에틸렌디아민이고 팽창촉매는 비스(디메틸아미노에틸)에테르인 촉매 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 94 내지 99.85중량%의 t-우레탄 촉매 및 0.15 내지 6중량%의 이소시아네이트 삼중합 촉매를 주성분으로 하는 촉매 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
