Abstract

우레탄기 및 주로 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하는 경질 발포체는, 1) 폴리이소시아네이트와 2) 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 함유하며 분자량이 400 내지 10,000인 화합물을, 3) 유기 발포제, 4) 방염제, 및 5) 가교제로서 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 함유하며 분자량이 32 내지 399인 화합물의 존재하에, 그리고 임의로 6) 그 자체가 공지된 보조제 및 첨가제의 존재하에 반응시키며, 이때 성분 2)는 분지쇄를 갖는 것이고, 성분 2), 방염제 4) 및 가교 성분 5)는 각각 성분 2) 30 내지 90중량부, 성분 4) 10 내지 60중량부, 성분 5) 10 내지 20중량부(이들 각 성분의 중량부의 총 합은 100이다)의 양으로 존재하는 배합처방으로 사용하되, 반응은 200 내지 600의 지수 범위내에서 수행하는 방법을 사용하여 얻는다.

Claims (8)

1) 폴리이소시아네이트 2) 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 함유하며 분자량이 400 내지 10,000인 화합물을, 3) 유기 발포제, 4) 방염제, 및 5) 가교제로서 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 함유하며 분자량이 32 내지 399인 화합물의 존재하에, 그리고 임의로 6) 그 자체가 공지된 보조제 및 첨가제의 존재하에 반응시키며, 이때 성분 2)는 분지쇄를 갖는 것이고, 성분 2), 방염제 4) 및 가교 성분 5)는 각각 성분 2) 30 내지 90중량부, 성분 4) 10 내지 60중량부, 성분 5) 10 내지 20중량부(이들 각 성분의 중량부의 총 합은 100이다)의 양으로 존재하는 배합처방으로 사용하되, 반응은 200 내지 600의 지수 범위내에서 수행하는 특징으로 하는 우레탄기 및 주로 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하는 경질 발포체의 제조 방법

제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유기 발포제로서 펜탄을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유기 발포제로서 시클로펜탄을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 발포제로서 n-펜탄 및/또는 이소펜탄 15 내지 50중량%와 시클로펜탄 85 내지 50중량%의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유기 발포제로서 헥산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유기 발포제로서 시클로헥산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 유기 발포제로서 펜탄, 시클로펜탄, 헥산 및/또는 시클로헥산의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
