Abstract
산화 촉매로서 유기 하이드로페록사이드를 사용하는 유기 화합물의 산화 반응을 위한 촉매로서 유용한 것으로 밝혀진 신규한 티탄제올라이트 베타 촉매, 이들은 개환 산화 촉매로서 특히 유용하며 사이클로섹산으로부터 아디프산을 제조하는데 사용할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 티탄 베타(a) 및 문헌[Journal of the Chemical Society]에 따라 합성한 생성물(b)에 대한 확산 반사 분광법(Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy)결과이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 티탄 베타(a)및 문헌[Journal of the Chemical Society]에 따라 합성한 생성물(b)에 대한 적외선 스펙트럼이다.
Claims (11)
- 산화 촉매로서 유기 하이드로페록사이드 및/또는 N2O를 사용하는 유기 화합물의 산화 반응을 위한 촉매로서 티탄 함유 제올라이트 베타의 용도.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사기 촉매를, 열수 처리한후 하기 몰 조성을 가진 티탄 함유 제올라이트 베타를 수득하는 합성 혼합물로부터 과산화수소의 존재하에 제조하는 용도 : SiO2(0.0001-0.2)TiO2(0.005-0.100)Al2O2(10-100)H2O (0.1-1)TEAOH
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성 혼합물중 티탄 및 실리콘과 알루미늄의 몰비가 10내지 200범위인 용도.
- 제2또는 제3항에 있어서, TEOT를 산화 티탄의 공급원으로서 사용할 때, TEOT 몰당 10 내지 200몰을 제공하는 양으로 과산환 수소를 사용하는 용도.
- 제1내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매를 후처리하는 용도.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기산을 사용하여 후처리하는 용도.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기 염기를 사용하여 후처리하는 용도.
- 제5항에 있어서, 증기를 사용하여 후처리하는 용도.
- 제5내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 후처리한 후 소성시키는 용도.
- 확산 반사 분광법(Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy)에서, 47500㎝-1의 파수에서 흡수띠를 갖는 티탄 함유 제올라이트 베타.
- 제10항에 따른 촉매의 존재하에 하이드로페록사이드를 사용하여 사이클로헥산을 산화시킴을 포함하는 아디프산의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
