Abstract

본 발명의 항산화 식품은 차잎같은 망간 함유 천연물질을 가하고 락토바실로스 플란타룸 같은 카탈라제 활성을 갖는 박테리아로 발효시켜 제조된 발효물이다. 이는 수퍼옥사이드 디스무타제-형 활성 및 카탈라제 활성을 모두 나타내며 소화관 내부를 포함하는 생체 내에서 황산화 활성을 나타낸다. 따라서, 활성 산소에 의한 질병의 예방에 효과적이다.

제1도는 MnCl2첨가 또는 차첨가에 따른 SOD-형 활성 및 CAT활성 변화를 도시한 그래프이다,
제2도는 유문-결찰된 래트에서 락토바실루스 플란타룸(Lactobacillus plantarum)으로 발효시켜 제조된 생성물 투여후 시간에 따른 SOD-형 활성 변화를 도시한 그래프이다,
제3도는 유문-결찰된 래트에서 락토바실루스 플란타룸으로 발효시켜 제조된 생성물 투여 후 시간에 따른 CAT활성 변화를 도시한 그래프이다,
제4도는 유문-결찰된 위장에서 생존가능한 세포수 변화를 도시한 그래프이다,
제5도는 락토바실루스 플란타룸으로 발효시켜 제조된 차-첨가된 생성물으 발효 전후의 SOD-형 활성을 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 망간-함유 천연물질을 가하고 카탈라제 활성을 갖는 박테리아로 발효시켜 제조한 발효물을 포함하여, 소화관 내부를 포함하는 생체내에서 항산화 작용을 갖는 항산화 식품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카탈라제 활성을 갖는 박테리아가 락토바실루스 플란타룸(Lactobacillus plantarum)인 항산화 식품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 망간-함유 천연물질이 차인 항산화 식품.
  4. 카탈라제 활성을 갖는 박테리아 및 망간-함유 천연물질을 포함하는 건조품을 포함하는, 소화관 내부를 포함하는 생체내에서 항산화 작용을 갖는 항산화 식품.
  5. 카탈라제 활성을 갖는 박테리아 및 망간-함유 천연물질을 포함하는, 소화관 내부를 포함하는 생체내에서 항산화 작용을 갖는 항산화 제제.
  6. 망간-함유 천연물질을 가하고 카탈라제 활성을 갖는 박테리아로 발효시켜 제조한 발효물을 섭취하여 수퍼 옥사이드 디스무타제-형 활성 및 카탈라제 활성을 동시에 발현하도록 함을 특징으로 하는, 소화관의 내부를 포함하는 생체내에서의 항산화 방법.
