Abstract

본 발병은 국부적으로 정결한 공간의 취급면에서의 판형 물체를 다루기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로 취급면에 대하여 높이에서 측정 저정할 수 있는 매거진 홀더와 본질적으로 취급면에 놓여있는 가공과 검사를 목적으로 하는 작업스테이숀을 포함하며 종합적인 개폐회로를 제작함으로서 특히 취급기능을 위하여 적용이 가능하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 핸들링면에 대하여 높이에서 측정 가능하고 조정이 되는 매거진 홀다와 가공 및 검사를 목적으로 하는 주조 핸들링면에 위치한 작업 스테이숀을 갖춘 국부작으로 정결한 공간의 핸들링면에서 판형상의 물체를 다루는 장치에 있어서, 핸들링면은 설계상 하나의 기준면 최소한도 매거진 홀더를 구성부로 하는 장치와 일정한 관계를 가지고 매거진의 격실과 그안에 들어있는 판형 물체에 의한 매거진의 인덱싱을 하게하고 중간보드위에 배열되어 있으며, 이 보드는 정결한 공간을 두개의 인접한 격실로 나누는데 그안에 에어플로우 기소가 중간 보드 위에 겹실로 부터 중간보드 아래의 격실로 향해져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공기 공급장치에 의해서 발생한 난 층류공기 흐름은 공기 공급장치에 대항해 있는 청결한 공간을 밖과 격리시키는 벽에 행해있으며 공기출구공은 그의 중간 보드위의 전단면적이 중간보드 아래의 전단면적보다 작게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 흡입구과 토출구 사이에서 프레임 역활을 하는 공동하우싱은 흐름방향으로서 서로 연이어 배열되어 있는 공기 공급장치에 축류 에어팬과 필터를 갖추고 있으며, 흡입구와 축류공기팬은 관형 슈라우드에 의해서 프레임에서 공기출구까지 흐름방향으로 분리되어 있으며, 공기출구는 공기 흐름속에 설치된 회전식 에어플로우 기소에 의해서 반작용을 하는 에어가이드 베인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 공기출구는 슈라우드로 연결된 판에 접한 원형단편 내에서 축류공기팬의 회전축에 대칭 단면으로 되어 있으며 여기에서 공기베인 면적은 축류 공기팬의 에어팬 익근에 평행하게 되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 인덱싱 장치는 송수신기로 되어 있는 광전자센서를 제시하고 있으며 이에 의해서 매거진 격실은 물론 판평물체의 기술적 파악이 기준면에 대한 그의 상대적 위치를 잡아주게 되는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 송신기에서 나온 그의 중간빔이 기준면 내에 놓여있는 측정 빔은 서로 마주보고 있는 매거진 격실을 포함한 벽들을 관통하고 측정빔상에 투사하고 매거진내로 보이는 한벽의 격실을 구성하는 돌기에 향해있으며, 이 돌기는 판형물체의 지지판 역할을 하고 있고, 연이어 있는 매거진 격실 방향으로 높이를 조정해서 연속적으로 기준면과 공동위치를 취하며 측정빔의 변조에 의해서 매거진 격실은 물론 매거진 격실내에 들어있는 물체의 영상 까지도 잡을 수 있는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 매거진에서 튀어나온 판형 물체의 자리를 잡아주기 위하여 웨이퍼 왕복장치를 감안하였으며, 그의 작동은 이차센서 신호에 결부되어 있으며 그의 측정빔은 판형 물체에 평행하게 흐르고 매거진의 높이 조정시엔 그의 탈착이송역할을 하는 면이 직접 인접하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 핸들링(취급)을 하기 위하여 단지 힌지암을 갖춘 핸들러가 있으며 그의 회전축은 중공축으로 되어있으며, 판형물체를 잡아주기 위한 앞유닛트는 저압홀딩 지그를 갖추고 있어서 이로부터 중공축에 형성되는 진공실까지 직접 연결이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
