Abstract

에어백과 에어백 팽창기를 취부하기 위한 장치가 취부판(32)에 결합 가능한 다수의 탄편(18)을 갖는 에어백 팽창기(10)로 구성된다. 에어백(30)은 팽창기의 탄편(18)이 취부판에 결합될 때에 팽창기(10)와 취부판(32)사이에 개재되어 에어백이 지지되고 팽창기와 취부판 사이의 경계면이 밀폐된다. 에어백의 수축시에 일어나는 가스유동이 취부판을 통하여 이루어진다.

Claims (5)

  1. 에어백 및 에어백 팽창기를 취부하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 이 장치가 취부판, 가스배출공과 주연플랜지를 갖는 하우징으로 구성된 에어백팽창기, 상기 팽창기의 플랜지를 완저히 덮는 부분과 상기 팽창기의 통공에 정렬되는 통공을 갖는 에어백과, 상기 팽창기에 고정되고 그 플랜지에 직각으로 연장된 다수의 탄성 고정구로 구성되고, 상기 고정구가 상기 팽창기의 플랜지와 상기 취부판 사이에 개재되도록 상기 취부판에 결합되어 상기 팽창기와 상기 취부판 사이의 경계면을 밀폐할 수 있게 되어있음을 특징으로 하는 팽창기 취부장치
  2. 청구범위1항에 있어서, 상기 고정구가 고정링에 일체로 되어있고 상기 고정링이 상기 팽창기의 플랜지측으로 말려있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 청구범위1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창기의 플랜지와 상기 에어백의 통공이 원형임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 청구범위1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창기의 플랜지가 상기 에어백으로부터 가스의 방출을 위한 다수의 통공을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 청구범위4항에 있어서, 상기고정구가 상기 팽창기의 플랜지에 형성된 통공을 통하여 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 장치
