Abstract

본 발명은 종이 웨브(WC)의 거조를 위한 건조장치에 관한 것이다. 건조장치는 웨브르 건조하기 위한 다수의 상단 펠트된 건조부(60C, 62C, 64C, 78-80)을 구비한다. 다수의 건조부를 통한 웨브의 이동 중에 웨브의 횡-기계방향 및 기게방향 구축을 억제하기 위하여 각 건조부는 연속적으로 배열된다. 웨브가 다수의 건조부와 추가 건조부 사이에 걸쳐지게 하기 위하여 추가 단일 건조부(96)은 다수의 건조부의 하류에만 배치된다. 추가 건조부(96)은 드라이어의 상부층(98) 및 상부층(98)의 근접 드라이어(103-105)사이에 배치된 상부 다수의 롤(100-102)를 구비한다. 상부 펠트(106)은 상부층(98)의 각 드라이어(103-105)사이에 배치된 상부 다수의 롤의 각 롤(100-102)둘레에 교대로 걸쳐진다. 추가 건조부는 드라이어(108-110)의 하부층(107)의 근접 드라이어 사이에 배치된 하부 다수의 롤(111-112) 또한 구비한다. 하부 펠트(114)는 하부층(107)의 각 드라이어(108-110)과 하부 롤의 각 롤 둘레에 교대로 걸쳐진다. 추가 건조부(96)을 통한 웨브의 이동 중에 웨브가 굽으려는 성향을 조절하기 위해 웨브가 상부(98) 및 하부층(107)의 각 드라이어 사이에서 오픈 드로우(40C, 42C, 44C, 46C)로 걸쳐지게 배열된다.
