Abstract

고속전송등의 기능을 구동계에 유지시키지 아니해도 간단한 구성으로 전원 상승에찌시에 단시간에 정상 동작으로 이행 가능한 고체촬상장치를 제공한다.
센서열(2)의 전하 전송 레지스터(4)의 반대쪽에 전하 배출게이트(11) 및 전하 배출드레인(12)을 형성하고 전원상승에찌시에 시정수회로(14)에서 일정시간만큼 제어전압(V1)을 출력함과 함께 이 제어전압(V1)을 전하 배출 게이트(11)에 대해서 인가하고 전원 투입전에 각 수광부(1)에 축적된 불필요한 초기전하를 전하 배출드레이(12)으로 재빨리 제거하는 구성으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 입사광을 그 광량에 의한 전하량의 신호 전하로 변환해서 축적하는 수광부가 복수개 배열되어 이루어지는 센서부와, 상기 센서부의 각 수광부로부터 독출된 신호 전하를 전송하는 전하 전송 레지스터와, 상기 센서부의 각 수행부에 축적된 전하를 배출하기 위한 배출부와, 상기 각 수광부에 축적된 전하를 전원상승 에찌시의 일정시간 내에 상기 전하 배출부로 제거되도록 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 배출부는 상기 센서부의 상기 전하전송레지스터와는 반대쪽에 형성된 전하 배출드레인과, 상기 제어수단에 의한 제어에 의해 상기 각 수광부에 축적된 전하를 상기 전하 배출 드레인에 제거하는 전하 배출게이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 전원 상승에찌 시점으로부터 상기 일정시간만큼 게이트 펄스를 출력해서 상기 전하 배출 게이트에 인가하는 시정수 회로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 전원 상승에찌에 응답해서 그 출력이 소정의 시정수로 상승에찌하는 CR시정수 회로와, 상기 일정시간을 설정하기 위한 임계 레벨로써 상기 CR 시정수 회로의 출력을 반전하고 그것의 반전출력을 상기 전하 배출 게이트에 인가하는 인버터로 이루어지고, 상기 임계 레벨이 전원 전압의 1/2 보다도 높게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
