Abstract
버스 라인을 거쳐 컴퓨터 기기에 화상 데이타를 송신하는 촬상 장치에서, 버스 라인의 구동 전압에 대응한 화상 데이터를 출력할 수 있도로 한다.
타이밍 제어부(13), 신호 처리부(14), A/D 변환부(125) 및 데이타 판정부(16)를 I/O부(17,18)와 함께 N 도전형 반도체 기판상에 집적화하여 타이밍 제어/신호 처리 회로(10)를 형성한다. 각 부에 공통으로 되어 있는 전원 전위 Vd를 인가함과 동시에, 타이밍 제어부(13), 신호 처리부(14), A/D 변환부(15) 및 데이타 판정부(16)에 대해서는 접지 전위 Vg보다 Vt만큼 낮은 전위 Vg-Vt를 인가하고, I/O부(17,18)에 대해서는 접지 전위 Vg를 인가한다. 이에 맞추어, CCD(11) 및 드라이버(12)의 동작 전압도 Vt만큼 시프트된다.

Claims (2)
- 피사체 화상을 1화면 단위로 찍어, 그 화상 정보를 디지탈 데이터로서 버스 라인으로 송출하는 촬상 장치에 있어서, 복수의 수광 화소가 매트릭스상으로 배치되며, 각 수광 화소에 수광된 광에 반응하여 발생하는 정보 전하를 축적하는 고체 촬상 소자와, 상기 고체 촬상 소자에 클럭 펄스를 공급하여 상기 복수의 수광 화소에 각각 축적된 정보 전하를 순차 전송 출력하는 구동 회로와, 상기 고체 촬상 소자의 출력을 수신하여 소정의 포맷을 따르는 화상 신호를 생성하는 신호 처리 회로와, 상기 신호 처리 회로에서 생성되는 상기 화상 신호를 양자화하여 상기 고체 촬상 소자의 각 수광 화소에 대응한 화상 데이타를 생성하는 A/D 변환 회로와, 상기 화상 데이타를 버스 라인으로 송출하는 출력 회로를 구비하고, 상기 출력 회로를 전원 전위와 제1 접지 전위와의 사이에서 동작시켜, 상기 고체 촬상 소자 및 신호 처리 회로를 전원 전위와 상기 제1 접지 전위보다 저 전위인 제2 접지 전위와의 사이에서 동작시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호 처리 회로 및 상기 A/D 변환 회로를 상기 출력 회로와 함께 N형 반도체 기판상에 집적화하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
