Abstract
본 발명은 비닐 클로라이드 수지(PVC)의 제조에 있어서의 잔류 단량체의 제거방법 및 제거용 타워를 제공한다. 잔류단량체를, 슬러리를 중합시킨 후에 PVC 슬러리로부터 증기와 접촉시켜 제거할 경우, 슬러리중에 생성된 발포체를 안정한 유동상태로 유지되도록 조절한다. 잔류 단량체는 효과적으로 제거되고 외부 물질은 포함되지 않는다. 타워는 2가지 이상의 형상을 가지며 상부 및 하부로 나뉜다. 상부의 내경은 하부의 내경보다 크다. 각각의 영역에는 하나 이상의 천공 트레이가 제공된다. 또한 하나 이상의 온수 방출장치가 타워에 제공된다.

제1도는 도면 중심에 나타낸 잔류 단량체 제거용 타워를 갖춘 탈단량체 처리장치를 나타내는 전체 시스템을 나타낸 도식도이고, 제2도는 천공 트레이(perforated tray)(1)(최상부 트레이)의 도식적 평면도이며, 제3도는 제2도의 라인 III-III의 화살표가 가리키는 방향으로 본 단면도이고, 제4도는 천공 트레이(1a)(최상부 트레이로부터 세어서 두번째 트레이)의 도시적 입면도이다.
Claims (6)
1)내경이 2가지 이상으로 상이한 일반적인 원통형 또는 역원추형이고, 2)상부의 내경이 하부의 내경보다 크며, 3)하나 이상의 천공 트레이가 상부에 장착되어 있고, 4)하나 이상의 천공 트레이가 하부에 장착되어 있으며, 5)슬러리가 하부의 천공 트레이로 흘러내리도록 유체-하강 영역이 천공 트레이들 사이에 있고, 6)증기를 상향으로 방출하는 수단이 하부에 장착되어 있으며, 7)하나 이상의 온수 방출장치가 천공 트레이를 향해 장착되어 있는 구조적 특징을 포함하는 잔류 단량체 제거용 타워에, 중합 반응을 수행한 비닐 클로라이드 수지의 슬러리를 충전시키는 단계를 포함하는 잔류 단량체의 제거방법.
제1항에 있어서, 타워 상부의 내경이 타워 하부의 내경의 1.20 내지 5배인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 처리할 PVC슬러리중의 PVC의 농도가 5 내지 45중량%인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 방출용 수단으로부터 방출되는 증기의 방출속도가 PVC 슬러리 1m3당 내지 50kg/h의 범위인 방법.
1)내경이 2가지 이상으로 상이한 일반적인 원통형 또는 역원추형이고, 2)상부의 내경이 하부의 내경보다 크며, 3)하나 이상의 천공 트레이가 상부에 장착되어 있고, 4)하나 이상의 천공 트레이가 하부에 장착되어 있으며, 5)슬러리가 하부의 천공 트레이로 흘러내리도록 유체-하강 영역이 천공 트레이들 사이에 있고, 6)증기를 상향으로 방출하는 수단이 하부에 장착되어 있으며, 7)하나 이상의 온수 방출장치가 천공 트레이를 향해 장착되어 있는 구조적 특징을 포함하는 잔류 단량체 제거용 타워.
제5항에 있어서, 타워 상부의 내경이 타워 하부의 내경의 1.20 내지 5배인 타워.
