Abstract

본 발명은, 2-아미노-4,6-디하이드록시피리미딘을 20 내지 80℃에서 산-포획제로서 트리에틸아민의 존재하에 과량의 옥시염화인과 반응시켜 2-아미노-4,6-디클로로피리딘을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 2-아미노-4,6-디하이드록시피리미딘을 20 내지 80℃에서 산-포획제로서 트리에틸아민의 존재하에 과량의 옥시염화인과 반응시킨 다음, 2-아미노-4,6-디클로로피리미딘을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 2-아미노-4,6-디클로로피리미딘을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2-아미노-4,6-디하이드록시피리미딘 및 옥시염화인을 1:3 내지 1:8의 몰비로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 트리에틸아민을 2-아미노-4,6-디하이드록시피리미딘에 대하여 2:1 내지 3:1의 몰비로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 과량의 옥시염화인을 진공중에서 증류시켜 제거하고, 잔사를 40 내지 60℃의 물에 현탁시키며, 1.5 내지 2.5시간 동안 교반시킨 후, 이로써 수득된 현탁액에 20 내지 50% 농도의 NaOH를 pH 약2.5내지 4로 될때까지 가한 후, 침전된 2-아미노-4,6-디클로로피리미딘을 여과시키고, 물로 세척한 다음, 공기 중에서 건조시킴으로써 2-아미노-4,6-디클로로 피리미딘을 분리하는 방법.
