Abstract
암모니아 공장에서 배출되는 퍼지가스 중에서 암모니아를 물로 흡수하여 회수하고 남은 가스에서 질소, 메탄, 암모니아, 수분을 흡착제거하고 수소와 아르곤을 동시에 고농도로 얻을 수 있는 2단 흡착분리장치와 그제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 암모니아 공장 퍼지가스에서 제1단계 전처리탑에서 암모니아, 수분, 메탄, 질소를 흡착제거하고 초기에 배출되는 많은 양의 수소를 일단 통과시켜 회수하고, 다음 시간대에 배출되는 혼합가스를 중간제품으로, 아르곤이 10―16% 정도로 포함된 아르곤과 수소 혼합가스를 제조하여 제2단계 주흡착탑에서 수소와 아르곤을 각각 고순도 제품으로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 퍼지가스에서 아르곤 및 수소를 고농도로 분리하는 흡착분리방법과 그 장치.

Claims (4)
- 암모니아 공장 퍼지가스에서 제1단계 전처리탑에서 암모니아, 수분, 메탄, 질소를 흡착제거하고 초기에 배출되는 많은 양의 수소를 일단 통과시켜 회수하고, 다음 시간대에 배출되는 혼합가스를 중간제품으로, 아르곤이 10―16% 정도로 포함된 아르곤과 수소 혼합가스를 제조하여 제2단계 주흡착탑에서 수소와 아르곤을 각각 고순도 제품으로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 퍼지가스에서 아르곤 및 수소를 고농도로 분리하는 흡착분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계 흡착장치인 전처리탑의 운전과 같이 한 단계의 흡착공정에서 여러가지 혼합가스를 공급하여 초기에 배출되는 제일 약흡착성가스를 하나의 제품으로 회수하고, 다음 시간대에 배출되는 첫번째와 두번째 약흡착성분들의 혼합가스를 또 하나의 제품으로 하며 나머지 강흡착성 가스들은 감압 탈착제거하는 압력차 흡착분리 방법을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 퍼지가스에서 아르곤 및 수소를 고농도 분리하는 흡착분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주 흡착탑의 운전과 같이 두가지 혼합가스를 흡착탑에 보내어 흡착시키고 약흡착성 가스를 제품으로 얻고, 병류 감압공정으로 흡착탑내의 약흡착성 가스를 줄인 다음에 균압 회수스텝을 넣어 원료중의 강흡착성 가스의 분압과 비슷한 압력까지 감압하여 그 압력에서 제품가스로 세정을 하고, 세정 배출가스는 회수스텝을 넣어 강흡착성분을 회수하고, 세정이 끝난 다음 탈착하여 제품을 생산하고, 탈착이 끝난 흡착탑은 고순도 약흡착성 제품가스로 축압하여 다음 흡착공정에 사용하는 스텝으로 구성하여 하나의 운전 단계에서 약흡착성 가스와 강흡착성 가스를 고순도로 분리하는 흡착공정방법을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 퍼지가스에서 아르곤 및 고농도로 분리하는 흡착분리방법.
- 원료를 공급받는 4개의 전처리 흡착탑(PAD―Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ)과 4개의 주흡착탑(AD―Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ)를 연결하되, 기체의 흐름을 조절하는 조절밸브를 각 라인에 설치하고 전처리 흡착탑의 탈착 배가스를 연료가스로 보내어주는 루쓰블로우어(BL―Ⅰ), 주흡착탑에서 제품아르곤을 탈착 회수하는 진공펌프(V, P) 또 제품의 압력을 높여주는 2개의 아르곤 압축기(C1, C2)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 퍼지가스에서 아르곤 및 수소를 고농도로 분리하는 흡착분리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
