Abstract

지방족 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법으로, 지방족 폴리아민 또는 이들의 염산염 또는 탄산염을 불활성액체매체중에서 포스겐과 반응시킬때, 반응계로 불활성가스를 참입하면서 반응을 행하는 것으로 이루어진다.

Claims (5)

  1. 지방족폴리아민 또는 이들의 염산염 또는 탄산염을 불활성액체매체중에서 포스겐과 반응시킬때, 반응계로 불활성가스를 잠입하면서 반응르 행하는 것으로 이루어진 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성가스는 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리아민은 크실릴렌디아민, 헥사메틸렌디아민, 트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민, 이소포론디아민, 비스(아미노시클로헥실)메탄, 2,2-비스(아미노시클로헥실)프로판, 비스(아미노메틸)시클로헥산 및 비스(아미노메틸)노르보르넨으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응은 비점이 130℃이상인 불활성액체매체중에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 불활성액체매체는 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조방법.
