Abstract

액정 디스플레이 장치는 액정 패널(101) 및 광 보상판(102)를 갖고 있다. 액정 패널(101)은 트위스트된 액체 방향을 갖는다. 광 보상판(102)는 액정 분자들의 굴절률 이방성의 특성 방향과 역방향의 굴절률 이방성 특성을 갖는 분자들로 구성되며, 트위스트된 액체 배향의 방향과 역방향으로 트위스트된 배향 구조를 갖는다. 최종 구조는 서로 직교하도록 배치된 2개의 편광판(100) 사이에 샌드위치되어, 블랙 상태 디스플레이를 실현할 수 있다. LCD는 고 콘트라스트 및 넓은 시각 성능을 보여준다.

Claims (4)

  1. 트위스트된 액체 배향을 갖는 액정 패널(101) ; 및 액정 분자들의 굴절률 이방성 특성 방향과 역방향의 굴절률 이방성 특성을 갖고 있고, 상기 트위스트된 액체 배향의 방향과 역방향으로 트위스트된 배향 구조를 갖고 있는 광 보상판(102)를 포함하고, 상기 광 보상판(102)는 상기 액정 패널(101)과 결합하여 적층구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
  2. 트위스트된 액체 배향을 갖는 액정 패널(101) ; 액정 분자들의 굴절을 이방성 특성 방향과 역방향의 굴절률 이방성 특성을 갖는 분자들로 구성되고, 상기 트위스트된 액체 배향의 방향과 역방향으로 트위스트된 배향 구조를 갖고 있으며, 상기 액정 패널(101)과 결합하여 적층 구조를 형성하는 광 보상판(102) ; 및 상기 적층 구조 사이에 샌드위치되고, 서로 직교하도록 배치되는 2개의 편광판(100)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 보상판은 전압이 인가되지 않을 때에 블랙 디스플레이 상태를 취하는 노말리 블랙 트위스트 네마틱 구조를 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 보상판은 전압이 인가될 때 블랙 디스플레이 상태를 취하는 노말리 화이트 트위스트 네마틱 구조를 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이 장치.
