Abstract

[목적] 족장상의 작업자가 큰 하중을 게재하여도 적은 노력으로 구동하여 안전한 상태로 임의의 방향으로 이동할 수 있도로 한다. [구성] 각 2개의 전륜(10)과 후륜(19)과를 갖는 틀 구조의 족장(1)의 전면에 핸들(29)에 의해 구동륜(30)의 방향을 바꾸는 조타기구(27)와, 페달(38)에 의해 구동륜(30)을 일방향으로 회전시키는 구동기구(36)와를 설치하여 4륜의 족장(1)을 페달(38)의 밟음과 핸들(29)의 조작에 의해 소정방향으로 이동시킬 수 있도록 했다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명 실시예의 사시도이다,
제 2 도는 제 1 도의 확대종단면 부분도이다,
제 3 도는 주로 구동기구를 도시한 종단면 부분도이다,
제 4 도는 족장장치기구를 도시한 종단면 부분도이다,
제 5 도는 전륜부상기구를 도시한 일부 절단한 측면도이다,
제 6 도는 후륜제동기구를 도시한 일부 절단한 배치도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 좌우의 지주 및 좌우 하단의 전륜을 갖는 전프레임과, 좌우의 지주 및 좌우하단의 후륜을 갖는 후프레임과, 상기 두개의 프레임의 사이에 가설된 족장대와를 구비한 족장과 ; 상기 전프레임에 연하여 세로로 배치된 조향축과, 상기 조향축의 상단에 취부된 핸들 및 하단에 장비된 구동륜과를 구비한 조타기구와 ; 상기 전프레임에 회동가능하게 지지된 페달과, 권취륜에 권취되어 상기 페달에 연동하여 왕복동하는 로프부재와, 상기 권취륜의 일방향의 회전만을 상기 구동륜에 전달하는 일방향 클러치를 구비한 구동기구와; 를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 작업대.
  2. 제 1 항에 기재된 족장, 조타기구 및 구동기구와 ; 상기 전프레임에 연하여 세로로 상하이동가능하게 배치된 답부재와, 상기 답부재를 임의높이 위치에 고정하는 고정수단과를 구비한 족장정치기구와 ; 를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 작업대.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 족장에 있어서 상기 족장대가 상기 두개의 프레임 사이에 복수의 높이 위치로 교체하여 가설가능하고, 또한 구동기구에 있어서 상기 페달이 상기 족장에 복수의 높이위치로 교체하여 지지될 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 작업대.
  4. 제 1 항,제 2 항,제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조타기구가 상기 구동륜을 상기 전륜보다도 낮은 위치로 눌러 보지하는 전륜부상기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 작업대.
  5. 제 1 항,제 2 항,제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 족장에 설치된 제동레버와, 상기 후륜에 형성한 링면에 압접되어 있는 슈우와, 상기 족장에 연하여 뻗은 상기 제동레버와 슈우와를 연동시키는 와이어와를 갖는 후륜제동기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 작업대.
  6. 제 1 항,제 2 항,제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조타기구가 상기 구동륜을 상기 전륜보다도 높은 위치로 떠받쳐 보지하는 구동륜 부상기구를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동식 작업대.
