Abstract
하나 이상의 올레핀을 하나 이상의 일반식(I)의 메탈로센과 하나 이상의 보조 촉매를 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 100 내지 200℃의 온도 및 0.5내지 100bar의 압력에서 단독 중합시키거나 공중합시켜 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 방법.
상기식에서, M¹, R¹,R2, R3, R4, R5,R6, R7, R8, R9및 R10은 명세서내에서 정의한 바와 같다.

Claims (6)
- 하나 이상의 올레핀을 하나 이상의 일반식(I)의 메탈로센과 하나 이상의 보조 촉매를 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 100 내지 200℃의 온도 및 0.5내지 100bar의 압력에서 단독 중합시키거나 공중합시켜 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, M1은 티탄또는 지르콘이고, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자, C1-C10알킬 그룹, Cl-C10알콕시 그룹, C6-C10아릴 그룹, C6-C10아릴옥시 그룹, C2-C10알케닐 그룹, C7-C40아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C40알킬아릴 그룹, C8-C40아릴알케닐 그룹 또는 할로겐 원자이며, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자,하로겐 원자, Cl-C30알킬 그룹, Cl-C10플루오로알킬 그룹, C6-Cl0플루오로 아릴 그룹, C6-C10아릴 그룹, Cl-C10알콕시 그룹, C2-C1O알키닐 그룹, C7-C40아릴알킬 그룹, C8-C40아릴알케닐 그룹 또는 C7-C40알킬아릴 그룹이거나, R3과 R4는 이들이 결합되어 있는 원자들과 함께 환을 형성하고, R5,R6, R7, R8, R9및 R10은 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, Cl-C30알킬 그룹, Cl-C1O플루오로알킬 그룹, C6-Cl0플루오로 아릴 그룹, C6-Cl0아릴 그룹, C1-Cl0알콕시 그룹, C2-Cl0알키닐 그룹, C7-C40아릴알킬 그룹, C8-C40아릴 알케닐 그룹 또는 C7-C40알킬아릴 그룹이거나, 이들 래디칼 중의 2개 이상은 이들이 결합되어 있는 원자와 함께 환 시스템을 형성한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, M1이 지르콘이고, R¹과R2가 염소 또는 메틸이며, R3과 R4가 동일하거나 상이하고, Cl-C4알킬 그룹 또는 페닐 그룹이며, R5가 Cl-C4알킬 그룹이고, R6이 수소이며, R7, R8, R9및 R10이 수소, C1-C4알킬 그룹 또는 C6-C10아릴 그룹이거나, 이들 중의 2개 이상은 이들이 결합되어 있는 원자들과 함께 환 시스템을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 메탈로센이 디메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-메틸-4-페닐인데닐)지르콘디클로라이드, 디메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-메틸-4-(1-나프틸)인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 디메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-에틸-4-페닐인데닐)지르콘 디플로라이드, 디메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-에틸-4-(1-나프틸)인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 디메틸실란디일-비스-1 (2-메틸아세나프틸인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 디 메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-메틸-4,5-벤조틸인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 페닐메틸 실 란디일-비스-1-(2-메틸-4-퍼닐인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 페닐메틸실란디일-비 스-1-(2-메틸-4-(1-나프틸)인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 퍼닐메틸실란디 일-비스-1-(2-에틸-4-페닐인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 페닐메틸메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-에틸-4-(1-나프틸)인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 페닐메틸신란디일-비스-1- (2-메틸아세나프틸인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 페닐메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-메틸-4,5-벤조틸인메닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 디메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-4,6-디이소프로필인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 페닐메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-4,6-디이소프로필 인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 디메틸실란디일-비스-1-(2-4-에틸인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드, 디메틸실란더일-비스-1-(2-4-이소프로필인데닐)지르콘 디클로라이드인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미녹산을 보조 촉매로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소수 2 내지 18의 올레핀 또는 디올레핀이 중합되거나 공중합 되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 지지된 형태 및/또는 예비중합된 형태로 사용되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
