Abstract

Claims (24)

  1. 기판, 그리고 무기화합물 박막층 및 보호층이 이 순서로 적층되어 이루어지는 기체장벽 적층재에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 무기화합물 박막층상에 금속알콕시드 또는 그것의 가수분해물과 두개 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 이소시아네이트 화합물을 함유하는 피복조성물을 피복하고 이어서 열 건조시킴으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속알콕시드는 다음식 (1)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.

    상기식에서 M은 금속원자를 나타내며, n은 M의 원자가를 나타내고 수가 n개인 R들은 각각 독립적으로 저급알킬기를 나타낸다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식(1)에서 M은 Si, Al 또는 Zr인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속알콕시드는 테트라에톡시실란, 트리이소프로필알루미늄 또는 테트라부톡시지르코늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두 개 이상의 이소이나에니트기를 갖는 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물은 톨릴렌디이소시아네이트, 트리페닐메탄트리이소시아네이트, 이소폰론디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실렌디이소시아네이트, 또는 이들중 어떤 것의 중합체 또는 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물은 금속알콕시드 또는 그것의 가수분해물 100중량부를 기준으로 5중량부 내지 400중량부의 양으로 이소시아네이트화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물은 염화주석을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물은 멜라민화합물 또는 멜라민수지를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 0.01㎛내지 50㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기화합물 박층은 규소, 알루미늄, 티탄, 지르코늄 또는 주석의 산화물, 질화물 또는 플루오르화물, 또는 이들중 어떤 것들의 복합재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무기화합물 박막층은 산화알루미늄 침착층인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기화합물 박막층은 50옹스트롬 내지 3,000옹스트롬의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  13. 기판, 그리고 무기화합물 박막층 및 보호층이 이 순서로 적층되어 이루어지는 기체장벽 적층재에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 무기화합물 박막층상에 수용성 중합체와 (a)금속알콕시드 또는 그것의 가수분해물과 (b)염화주석중 적어도 한가지를 함유하는 물기제 피복조성물을 피복하고 이어서 열 건조시킴으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 금속알콕시드는 다음식 (1)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.

    상기식에서 M은 금속원자를 나타내며, n은 M의 원자가를 나타내고 수가 n개인 R들은 각각 독립적으로 저급알킬기를 나타낸다.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 식(1)에서 M은 Si, Al 또는 Zr인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 금속알콕시드는 테트라에톡시실란, 트리이소프로필알루미늄 또는 테트라부톡시지르코늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 염화주석은 염화제1주석, 염화제2주석, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  18. 제13항 내지 제17항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 중합체는 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 전분, 메틸셀롤로오스, 카르복시메틸셀롤로오스 또는 알긴산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 중합체는 폴리비닐알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  20. 제13항 내지 제19항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물기제 피복조성물인 수용성 중합체의 고체함량 100중량부를 기준으로 총 10중량부 내지 1,900중량부의 양으로 금속알콕시드 또는 그것의 가수분해물 및/또는 염화주석을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  21. 제13항 내지 제20항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은 0.01㎛내지 50㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  22. 제13항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기화합물 박막층은 규소, 알루미늄, 티탄, 지르코늄 또는 주석의 산화물, 질화물 또는 플루오르화물, 또는 이들중 어떤 것들의 복합재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 무기화합물 박막층은 산화알루미늄 침착층인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
  24. 제13항 내지 제23항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기화합물 박막층은 50옹스트롬 내지 3,000옹스트롬의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체장벽 적층재.
