Abstract

Claims (19)

  1. 기록매체에 또는 그것으로부터 정보를 기록 또는 재생하기 위한 헤드 수단과, 헤드 수단에 의하여 정보 신호의 기록 및 재생이 가능한 제1 위치 사이로 기록매체를 이동시키고, 교환 작용(홀더와 상부 뚜껑)을 수행하기 위하여 제1 위치와 제1 위치 상부의 제2 위치 사이에 기록매체를 이동시키기 위한 수단과, 이동 수단은 제1 위치에 로킹시키기 위한 로킹 수단(상부 뚜껑의 로킹 기구)과, 헤드 수단을 기록매체에 인접한 위치와 기록매체와 이격된 상부 위치 사이에 이동시키기 위한 제어 수단과, 제어 수단에 의하여 이동되고 로킹 수단에 의하여 맞물리는 맞물림 수단(자기 헤드 리프팅 레버;94)을 포함하고, 상기 맞물림 수단은 제어 수단에 의하여 로킹 수단과 맞물리고, 로킹 수단과 맞물리고 방출 작용에 의하여 로킹 수단으로부터 해체되는 위치와 방출 작용의 결과로서 로킹 수단으로부터 이탈되는 위치로부터 해제되는 위치 사이로 이동되는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치에 있어서, 헤드 수단이 기록매체로부터 이격된 상부 위치에 있을 때, 맞물림 수단이 로킹 수단과 맞물리는 위치에 놓이게 되어 제1 위치에서의 로킹 수단에 의하여 이동 수단의 로킹을 해제시키고, 헤드 수단이 기록매체에 인접하여 있을 때 맞물림 수단이 제어 수단에 의하여 로킹 해제 위치에 놓이게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 헤드 수단이 기록매체에 방사되는 광속 비임을 방출하는 광원을 갖는 광 픽업과 수직 자기 광을 기록매체에 공급하기 위하여 광 헤드를 기록매체에 접하게 하도록 배열된 자기 헤드를 포함하고, 상기 제어 수단이 지지부재를 인접 위치와 상부 위치 사이에서 회전시키기 위한 구동 기구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 맞물림 수단이 맞물림 위치와 이탈 위치 사이에서 구동 수단에 의하여 이동되는 활주 수단을 갖고, 활주 부재는 구동 수단에 의하여 지지 부재의 회전에 상호 링크 관계로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 이동 수단이 제1 위치와 제2 위치 사이에 회전 가능하게 장착된 기록매체용 파지부재를 포함하고, 자기 헤드가 파지 부재의 상부면에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 로킹 수단에 의한 이동 수단의 로킹을 해제시키기 위하여 맞물림 수단을 작동(이동)시키도록 기록매체의 방출이 이루어지는 동안 작동되는 수동 작동부를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 맞물림 수단의 위치를 탐지하기 위한 탐지 수단을 또한 포함하고, 탐지 수단으로부터의 탐지 신호가 맞물림 수단이 맞물림 위치에 있다는 것을 지시할 때 상기 제어 수단이 헤드 수단을 인접 위치에 파지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 헤드 수단이, 수직 자기장을 기록매체에 공급하는 자기 헤드와 자기 헤드를 말단부에 장착시키는 지지부재를 포함하고, 제어 수단이 지지부재를 인접 위치와 상부 위치 사이에서 회전시키기 위한 구동 기구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치.

  19. 제18항에 있어서, 기록매체를 장전하기 위한 주몸체에 배열되고 기록매체에 또는 그것으로부터 정보 신호를 기록 및 재생시키는 기록 및 재생 유니트와, 기록 및 재생 유니트에 기록매체의 장전시 작동되는 장전 탐지 스위치와 기록 및 재생 유니트의 작동을 제어하고 장전 탐지 스위치와 뚜껑 로킹 탐지 스위치의 적어도 하나가 작동되지 않는한 기록 및 재생 유니트의 작동 개시를 금지시키는 제어 회로를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체용 기록 및 재생 장치.
