Abstract

종래의 CD 체인저는 업 다운(UP/DOWN)과 룰렛 회전 및 트레이 입출용 유니트나 박스가 별도로 필요하므로, 우선 부품 가격이 많이 들고, 기억박스가 트레이 밑에 위치하므로 트레이 전체 높이가 높게 되며, 양산시에 많은 전선이 본체에 까지 연결되어야 하므로 구성이 복잡하고 외관을 해치는 등 단점이 많았다.
이에 본 발명에서는 트레이가 인출될 때는 룰렛의 구동이나 CD의 회전이 필요없음에 착안하여, 트레이 인출을 위한 이송 유니트부를 없애되, 룰렛에 내치차를 형성시키고, 이에 맞물리는 외치차를 로딩 모터에 의해 병렬로 연결 구동시키도록 하여서 모터의 구동력이 룰렛이나 트레이 구동을 선택적으로 행하도록 하므로써 모터겸용으로 부피가 줄고, 종래의 단점도 해소시킨 특징을 갖도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 로딩 모터(9)의 축 기어(10)와 타이밍 벨트(11)로 연동되는 연동 기어(12)를 설치하고, 이 연동 기어(12)가 구동시키는 중심 기어(13)가 유성 기어(14)(14´) 및 내, 외접 기어(15)와 맞물리도록 설치하며, 상기 유성 기어(14)(14´)게 설치되는 룰렛 기어(16)는 룰렛 구동 기어(17)가 룰렛(4)의 내기어(18)에 맞물리게 설치하고, 상기 내, 외접 기어(15)의 외 기어(19)에 맞물려서 트레이(2)의 랙기어(20)와 교합되는 트레이 구동기어(21)로 이루어져서 연동기어(12)의 구동력이 트레이 구동기어(21)나 룰렛 구동 기어(17)를 선택적으로 구동시키게 된 콤팩트 디스크 체인저.
