Abstract

본 발명은 석유계용제등의 가연용제를 세정제로 하는 의료의 세정, 건조방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 석유계용제의 용해력을 향상시키면서, 인화, 폭발등의 위험성을 회피하는 것을 목적으로 하고, 드라이클리너에 있어서, 세정후 의료(2)에 함유되는 세정용제를 비점 또는 비점근처의 온도로 가온된 퍼플루오로카본액(4a)을 사용해서 용해, 제거하고, 그후 주로 의료(2)속에 함유된 퍼플루오로카본액(4a)을 대상으로 건조를 행한다. 퍼플루오로카본액을 대상으로서 건조를 행하기 때문에 의료의 건조시간을 대폭으로 단축할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 드라이클리너를 사용해서 석유계용제등의 고비점가연용제에 의해 의료를 세정후 의료에 함유되는 당해용제를, 비점 또는 비점근처의 온도로 가온된 퍼플루오로카본액을 사용해서 용해제거하고, 그후, 주로 의료중에 함유되는 퍼플루오로카본액을 대상으로 의료의 건조를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료의 세정, 건조방법.
  2. 드라이클리너에 의해, 석유계용제등의 고비점가연용제를 사용해서 의료를 세정, 건조하는 방법에 있어서, 세정후, 의료에 함유되는 용제를 제거하기 위하여 사용한 퍼플루오로카본액을 상온이하로 냉각함으로써, 동퍼플루오로카본액으로부터 석유계용제등을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료의 세정, 건조방법.
  3. 드라이클리너에 의해, 석유계용제등의 고비점가연용제를 사용해서 의료를 세정, 건조하는 방법에 있어서, 세정후, 의료에 함유되는 용제를 제거하기 위하여 사용한 퍼플루오로카본액의 증발에 의한 처리조의 내압을 상승을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료의 세정, 건조방법.
  4. 드라이클리너에 의해, 석유계용제등의 고비점가연용제를 사용해서 의료를 세정건조하는 방법에 있어서, 퍼플루오로카본액과 석유계용제등의 고비점가연용제를 혼합해서 의료를 세정하고, 의료중의 대부분의 당해 혼합액을 제거한 후, 의료중에 도한 전류하는, 동혼합액을, 비정 또는 비점근처의 온도로 가온된 퍼플루오로카본액에 의해서 용해제거하고, 그후 의료중에 함유된 퍼플루오로카본액을 대상으로 의료의 건조를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료의 세정, 건조방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 싱기 퍼플루오로카본액과 석유계용제등의 고비점가연용제의 혼합액을 석유계용제등의 고비점가연용제의 인화점 근처의 온도로 승온하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료의 세정, 건조방법.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 석유계용제등의 고비점가연용제로서 이소파라틴 단일계 석유용제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료의 세정, 건조방법.
  7. 석유계용제의 고비점가연용제를 사용해서 의료를 세정, 건조하는 드라이클리너를 포함하고, 동 드라이클리너는, 고비점가연용제를 수납하는 제 1 용제수납탱크와, 퍼플루오로카본액을 수납하는 제 2 용제수납탱크와, 상기 각 탱크에 수납된 용제에 의해 의료를 세정하는 처리조와 동 처리조에서 세정이 종료한 후, 세정에 요한 용제를 분리회수하는 수단과, 상기 처리조내의 의료를 건조하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료의 세정, 건조방법.
