Abstract

본 발명은 서멀프린트헤드, 특히 인자효율을 향상시키기 위해 개량된 글레이즈층을 갖는 서멀프린트헤드 및 그것을 구비한 인쇄장치에 관한 것으로, 부분글레이즈층을 갖는 서멀헤드에 있어서, 상기 부분글레이즈층의 폭을 0.1㎜~0.4㎜로 설정하고, 또한 그 높이를 15㎛~25㎛의 사이로 설정하므로써, 열축적량이 작아지게 되어 꼬리이어짐 현상이 발생하지 않고, 양호한 인쇄를 할 수 있게 된다. 또 한편, 글레이즈층이 지나치게 작지 않기 때문에 제조과정에서 불량품이 발생하는 일이 없고, 에너지소비량을 줄일 수 있는 이점을 갖는다. 이때문에 1라인마다1m초 이하의 고속인쇄를 한 경우에도 양호한 인쇄를 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 절연기판과, 상기 절연기판상의 일부에 형성된 단면형상이 산모양인 부분 글레이즈층과, 상기 절연기판과 상기 부분글레이즈층을 피복하는 발열저항체와, 상기 발열저항체위에 형성되는 공통전극 및 개별전극과, 상기 발열저항체가 발열하는 발열부에 있어서 상기 산모양의 부분글레이즈층위에 형성되는 발열부와, 상기 공통전극, 개별공통전극 및 발열부를 덮는 보호층으로 이루어지되, 상기 산모양의 부분글레이즈층은 그 폭이 0.1~0.4㎜이고, 또한 정점의 높이는 15~25㎛의 사이로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서멀프린트헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서멀프린트헤드에 0.3밀리초의 펄스폭 0.62밀리초의 펄스주기로, 최고온도가 300℃가 되도록 전류 및 전압이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서멀프린트헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부분글레이즈층의 폭이 350㎛인 동시에 정점의 높이가 20㎛로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서멀프린트헤드.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부분글레이즈층의 폭이 350㎛인 동시에 정점의 높이가 20㎛로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서멀프린트헤드.
  5. 절연기판과, 상기 절연기판상의 일부에 형성된 단면형상이 산모양인 부분글레이즈층과, 상기 절연기판과 상기 부분글레이즈층을 피복하는 발열저항체와, 상기 발열저항체위에 형성되는 공통전극 및 개별전극과, 상기 발열저항체가 발열하는 발열부(복수개)로써, 상기 산모양의 부분글레이즈층위에 형성되는 발열부(복수개)와, 상기 공통전극, 개별전극 및 발열부를 덮는 보호층으로 이루어지되, 상기 산모양의 부분글레이즈층은 그 폭이 0.1~0.4㎜인 동시에 정점의 높이는 15~25㎛의 사이로 설정되는 서멀프린트헤드를 포함하는 인쇄부와, 상기 서멀프린트헤드의 공통전극 및 개별전극에 전력을 공급하는 전력원과, 상기 인쇄부에 대해서 종이를 이송하는 종이 이송장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 서멀프린트헤드의 부분글레이즈층의 폭이 350㎛인 동시에, 정점의 높이가 20㎛로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄장치는, 0.82밀리초/라인으로 열변화제어를 가하고, 8인치/초로 종이이송을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄장치.
