도코사헥사엔산(DHA)을 함유하는 해양성 미세조류를 포함하는 DHA함유 식품소재 ; DHA를 함유하는 해양성 미세 조류를 배양하고 조체를 분리하여 수세, 살균 및 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 DHA함유 식품소재의 제조방법; DHA를 함유하는 해양성 미세 조류를 식품에 직접 첨가한 DHA함유 식품; 및 DHA를 함유하는 해양성 미세 조류를 식품 소재와 혼련하고 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 DHA함유 식품의 제조방법.

Claims (12)
- 도코사헥사엔산(DHA)을 함유하는 미세 조류로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 DHA함유 식품소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해양성 미세 조류가 크립테코디늄 코오니이인 DHA함유 식품 소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도코사헥산엔산을 함유하는 해양성 미세조류가 건조 조류인 DHA함유 식품 소재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 도코사헥산엔산의 함유율이 DHA함유 식품 소재에 대해 2중량% 이상인 DHA함유 식품 소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해양성 미세 조류의 펩신 소화율이 80%이상인 DHA함유 식품 소재.
- (a)DHA를 함유하는 해양성 미세 조류를 배양하고; (b)조체를 분리하고; (c)조체를 수세하고; (d)조체를 살균하고; (e)조체를 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 DHA함유 식품소재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 조체를 알콜 또는 탄화수소로 더 세척하는 DHA함유 식품소재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 조체를 이산화탄소의 초임계 유체로 더 추출하는 DHA함유 식품소재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 해양성 미세 조류가 단계(a)에서 액체 진탕 배양, 심부 통기교반배양 및 연속배양의 어느 하나에 의해 배양된 DHA함유 식품 소재의 제조방법.
- DHA를 함유하는 해양성 미세 조류를 식품을 직접 첨가하여 이루어진 DHA함유 식품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 식품이 반죽물, 곡물식품, 대두식품, 조미료, 유제품, 해산물 가공품, 기호품 및 영양제로 구성된 군에서 선택된 식품인 DHA함유 식품.
- (a)DHA를 함유하는 해양성 미세 조류를 식품소재와 혼련한 후 ; (b)DHA를 함유하는 해양성 미세 조류를 가열처리함을 특징으로 하는 DHA함유 식품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
