Abstract

・動物が消費することを目的とした動物用ドリンク、例えば動物の特定の成長段階(生育/繁殖段階、疾病予防、成長など)に特化した健康補助食品、
・人が消費することを目的とした食物、例えば穀物製品、ベーカリー製品、甘い又は塩味のケーキ、甘い又は辛口のビスケット、キャンディ、スープ、野菜チップス、調味料、油、調理済みの料理、海産物加工製品(テリーヌ、魚のすり身など)、乳製品又は発酵の有無に関わらない植物由来の液体、
人が消費するドリンク、例えば炭酸飲料、フルーツジュース、栄養ドリンク、フレーバーウォータ、シロップ又はアルコール飲料、

・中性脂質、特にモノグリセリド、ジグリセリド、トリグリセリド、遊離脂肪酸及びステロール
・極性脂質、特に糖脂質及びリン脂質、並びに/又は
・脂溶性色素、特にカロテノイド及びクロロフィル
を含有する。
・タンパク質
・遊離アミノ酸
・ミネラル塩、特に有機シリカ及び微量ミネラル
・親水性色素、特にポリフェノール
・多糖類
・及び/又は食物繊維
を含有する。
・微細藻類細胞を5〜30分間撹拌し、物理的処理(マイクロ波及び/又は超音波及び/又は熱衝撃及び/又は浸透圧衝撃)及び/又は酵素処理(タンパク分解酵素及び/又は脂質分解酵素及び/又は膜多糖類の溶解に関与する酵素)を用いる。
・好ましくは遠心分離(三相遠心分離機)及び/又は特に接線方向ろ過を用いたろ過(精密ろ過及び/又は限外ろ過及び/又はナノろ過)により固相および液相(水/脂質)を分離する。
・固相を回収し、好ましくは凍結乾燥及び/又はゼオドレーションにより乾燥する。エアロゾル乾燥及び/又は噴霧乾燥を用いてもよい。
・抗酸化化合物(ビタミンE、芳香植物抽出物など)を添加すること以外の任意の特別な処理を行わずに用いることができる脂質液相(油脂)、すなわち、当技術分野の技術(精製、脱色、脱臭、抗酸化化合物(ビタミンE、芳香植物抽出物など)の添加)による原料油又は精製油、すなわち、精製又は部分精製油を回収する。
本実施例は発泡飲料であり、マイルドで、若干甘く、新鮮で、若干海及び/又は海洋環境のヨウ素の味もしくは香りを有する。このドリンクは、オドンテラ(Odontella)の抽出物、つまり
・多価不飽和脂肪酸を提供するカプセル化脂質抽出物(粉末)
・海洋微量元素、有機シリカ、海洋タンパク質を含有し、すべての必須酸及び多糖類を含む親水性抽出物
を含有する。
本実施例は乳酸発酵製品であり、オドンテラ(Odontella)の乾燥親水性抽出物を製品の新鮮重量に対して合計1〜5%含有する。この抽出物は海洋微量元素、有機シリカ、海洋タンパク質及び多糖類、色素、抗酸化物質を含有する。乳酸発酵製品はスピルリナ及びクロレラの抽出物を含有してもよい。
本実施例は、多様なサラダドレッシング又は食卓油の調味料製品であり、
・多価不飽和脂肪酸及びリン脂質を含む、オドンテラ(Odontella)及びクロレラの脂質抽出物の安定したエマルジョンと、
・海の少数元素及び有機シリカを含有する、オドンテラ(Odontella)の乾燥親水性抽出物と、
を含有する。
本実施例はアペリティフビスケットであり、海洋由来の有機シリカ及びタンパク質が豊富なオドンテラ(Odontella)の抽出物を配合した、オドンテラ(Odontella)、クロレラ及びスピルリナの乾燥バイオマスを含有する。
Claims (15)
- オドンテラ(Odontella)属海洋微細藻類のバイオマス及び/又は前記微細藻類の少なくとも1つの抽出物を0.2〜50重量%含み、食物又はドリンクの形態である、人又は動物が消費すること目的とした製品。
- 穀物製品、ベーカリー製品、甘い又は辛口のケーキ、甘い又は辛口のビスケット、キャンディ、スープ、野菜チップス、調味料、油、調理済みの料理、海産物加工製品、乳製品であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 炭酸飲料、フルーツジュース、栄養ドリンク、フレーバーウォータ、シロップ又はアルコール飲料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製品。
- オドンテラ(Odontella)の脂質抽出物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 脂質抽出物が中性脂質、極性脂質及び/又は脂溶性色素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- EPA、DHA、フコキサンチン、カロテノイド色素及び/又はリン脂質を含む脂質抽出物を特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の製品。
- オドンテラ(Odontella)の親水性抽出物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 前記親水性抽出物がタンパク質、ミネラル塩、親水性色素、多糖類及び/又は食物繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 有機シリカ、ポリフェノール及びタンパク質を含む親水性抽出物を特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の製品。
- 海洋微細藻類オドンテラアウリタ(Odontella aurita)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- オドンテラ(Odontella)バイオマスを含むことと、バイオマスが前もって処理されていることとを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 前処理を行ったオドンテラ(Odontella)バイオマスから得られたオドンテラ(Odontella)抽出物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- ・オドンテラ(Odontella)バイオマスを遠心分離する工程と、
・5〜30分間撹拌して懸濁させる工程と、
・前記固相および液相を遠心分離及び/又はろ過により分離する工程と、
・前記固体を回収し、相を乾燥する工程と、
からなる、処理されたオドンテラ(Odontella)バイオマスを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の製品。 - オドンテラ(Odontella)を含むことによる特定の風味を特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 食品又は飲料における風味促進剤及び/又は増強剤としての、オドンテラ(Odontella)属海洋微細藻類のバイオマス及び/又は前記微細藻類の少なくとも1つの抽出物の使用。
