Abstract
디스크 재생장치 및 재생방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 디지탈 오디오 디스크와 같은 주정보의 음성신호와 함께 시간정보등의 서브코드가 기록된 디스크를 표준속도의 N배의 동작으로 재생하는데 적합한 디스크 재생기술에 관한 것으로, 데이타 관리가 데이타를 정확하게 연속적으로 하는데는 적합하지 않다는 문제점을 해소하기 위해 재생된 디지탈화된 정보데이타가 출력되는 표준출력 레이트의 N배로 디지탈화된 정보데이타를 처리하는 재생처리수단, 재생처리 수단으로 부터 생성된 서브코드 및 정보데이타의 출력레이트를 표준출력 레이트의 N배에서 정상출력레이트로 변환하는 출력레이트 변환수단 및 재생처리 수단으로 부터의 출력 및 출력레이트 변환수단으로 부터 출력을 선택하고, 재생장치에서 선택된 신호를 출력신호로서 출력하는 전환수단을 구비한다.
이러한 디스크 재생장치 및 재생방법을 이용하는 것에 의해 데이타가 표준속도의 N배로 RAM에 라이트되고, 표준속도에서 리드되더라도 출력데이타는 연속적으로 생성된다.

- 디지탈화된 정보데이타가 기록되고, 또한 상기 기록된 정보데이타의 개시단에 관한 시간정보를 포함하는 서브코드가 기록되어 있는 디스크를 재생하는 디스크 재생장치에 있어서, 상기 재생된 디지탈화된 정보데이타가 출력되는 표준출력의 레이트의 N배로 상기 디지탈화된 정보데이타를 처리하는 재생처리수단, 상기 재생처리 수단으로부터 생성된 서브코드 및 상기 정보데이타의 출력레이트를 표준출력 레이트의 N배에서 정상 출력레이트로 변환하는 출력레이트 변환수단 및 상기 재생처리 수단으로부터의 출력 및 상기 출력레이트 변환수단으로부터의 출력을 선택하고, 상기 재생장치에서 상기 선택된신호를 출력신호로서 출력하는 전환수단을 포함하는 디스크 재생장치.
- 디지탈화되고 변조된 정보데이타 및 상기 정보데이타의 개시단과 시간정보를 구비하는 서브코드가 기록된 디스크를 회전시키는 회전수단, 상기 디스크로부터 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 리드하는 정보리드 수단을 갖는 디스크 재생장치에있어서, 상기 정보리드수단에 의해 리드되는 상기 변조된 정보데이타 및 상기 서브코드를 복조하고, 상기 정보데이타의에러를 검출 또는 정정하기 위한 소정의 처리를 실행하며, 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 출력하는 처리수단, 상기 처리수단에서의 상기 정보데이타 또는 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 기억하고, 상기 정보데이타를 출력하는 제 1의 기억수단, 상기 제 1의 기억수단의 라이트 어드레스 및 리드 어드레스를 제어하는 제 1의 제어수단을 포함하며, 상기 처리수단은 상기디스크의 회전 불구칙을 흡수하기 위해, 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 기억하는 제 2의 기억수단, 상기 제 2의 기억수단의 라이트 어드레스 및 리드 어드레스를 제어하는 제 2의 저장수단을 포함하고, 상기 제 2의 기억수단은 기록시에 인터리브되는 상기 정보데이타가 디인터리브 되도록, 또한 상기 정보데이타의 특정의 하나와 상기 서브코드의 특정의 하나가일대일 대응되어 리드될 수 있도록, 상기 제 2의 기억수단의 상기 라이트 어드레스 및 리드 어드레스를 생성하는 디스크재생장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제 1의 기억수단의 상기 라이트 어드레스 및 리드 어드레스를 제어하는 상기 제 1의 제어수단은, 상기정보데이타가 상기 제 2의 기억수단을 거쳐서 상기 처리수단에서 출력된 상기 서브코드에서의 상기 제 1의 기억수단으로라이트되는 어드레스를 표시하는 제 1의 섹터정보를 검출하는 제 1의 검출수단, 상기 정보데이타가 상기 제 1의 기억수단에서 리드되는 어드레스를 표시하는 제 2의 섹터정보를 검출하는 제 2의 검출수단, 검출된 제 1의 섹터정보와 제 2의 섹터정보를 비교하여 상기 제 1의 기억수단에 기억된 상기 데이타의 오버플로우 및 언더플로우를 검출하는 제 3의 검출수단, 상기 제 3의 검출수단이 오버플로우를 검출하여 출력할때, 제 1의 기억수단이 라이트되는 것을 금지하는 제 3의 제어수단, 상기 제 1의 기억수단으로 라이트되는 것이 금지될때, 상기 제 1의 섹터정보에 따라서 이전 데이타에 연속적인 다음데이타의 위치까지 상기 리드수단을 이동시키는 제 4의 제어수단, 상기 제 3의 검출수단이 언더플로우를 검출하여 출력할때, 상기 제 1의 기억수단을 라이트 금지상태에서 해제하여 상기 제 1의 기억수단이 라이트될 수 있도록 하는 제 5의 제어수단을 포함하고, 데이타가 상기 제 1의 기억수단으로 라이트되는 속도를 결정하는 제 1의 클럭주파수는 표준속도의 N배에 대응하고, 데이타가 제 1의 기억수단으로부터 리드되는 속도를 결정하는 제 2의 클럭주파수는 표준속도에 대응하는디스크 재생장치.
- 디지탈화된 정보데이타가 기록되고, 또한 상기 기록된 정보데이타의 개시단에 관한 시간정보를 포함하는 서브코드가 기록되어 있는 디스크를 재생하는 디스크 재생방법에 있어서, 표준 출력레이트의 N배로 상기 디지탈화된 정보데이타를 처리하는 스텝, 상기 처리스텝에서 표준 출력레이트의 N배로 재생되는 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드의 출력레이트를 표준 출력레이트로 변환하는 스텝 및 재생 출력신호를 출력하기 위해 상기 처리스텝 및 상기 출력 변환스텝에서 출력된 출력의 하나를 선택하는 스텝을 포함하는 디스크 재생방법.
- 디지탈화되고 변조된 정보데이타와 상기 정보데이타와 시간정보의 개시단을 포함하는 서브코드가 기록된 디스크를 회전시키는 스텝 및, 상기 디스크로부터 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 리드하는 스텝을 포함하는 디스크 재생방법에 있어서,상기 정보 리드 스텝에서 리드된 상기 변조된 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 복조하고, 상기 정보데이타의 에러를 검출 또는정정하는 소정의 처리를 실행하며, 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 출력하는 스텝, 상기 처리스텝에서 재생된 상기 정보데이타 또는 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 기억하고, 상기 정보데이타를 출력하는 스텝, 상기 정보데이타가 라이트되고리드되도록 제어하는 스텝 및 상기 디스크의 회전 불규칙을 흡수하기 위해, 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 기억하는 스텝을 포함하며, 기록시에 인터리브되는 상기 정보데이타는 메모리수단의 라이트 어드레스 및 리드 어드레스를 생성하여디인터리브되어 리드되고 라이트되고 리드될 상기 정보데이타 및 서브코드를 제어하는 스텝에서 상기 정보데이타의 특정의 하나와 상기 서브코드의 특정의 하나가 일대일 대응에서 리드되도록 상기 서브코드가 리드되는 디스크 재생방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
