Abstract

배터리-구동 기록 장치는 다수의 기록 소자를 갖고 있는 기록 헤드를 이용하여 1기록 주사로 다수의 라인을 기록한다. 배터리 용량이 낮은 것으로 검출되면, 1기록 주사로 기록되는 라인수가 감소된다.

제4도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에서의 제어 흐름도.

Claims (6)

  1. 다수의 기록 소자들을 갖고 있는 기록 수단을 이용하므로써 기록 주사를 실행하여 기록 매체의 화상을 기록하는 기록 장치에 있어서, 전력을 상기 기록 수단에 제공하는 배터리와, 상기 배터리의 용량을 검출하는 검출수단과, 상기 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 배터리 용량에 따라서 1기록 주사로 기록되는 데이터량을 변경하는 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 배터리 용량이 낮아질 때 1기록 주사로 기록되는 데이터 량을 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 배터리 용량이 낮아질 때 1기록 주사에 사용되는 기록 소자의 수를 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 수단의 출력에 따라서 배터리의 용량 감소를 알려주기 위해 경보를 발하는 경보 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 장치.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 임의 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기록 소자들은 잉크 상태를 변화시켜 잉크 방울들을 분출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기록 소자들은 열 에너지를 이용하여 잉크를 막 비등시켜 잉크 방울을 분출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 장치.
