Abstract
본 발명은 하기 식(1) 및 (2)을 만족하는 유동 특성을 갖는 올레핀 수지를 용기의 바깥쪽 표면으로 중공 성형시킴으로써 샤크스킨이나 플로우 마크의 발생을 방지하며, 더구나 중공 성형물의 바깥쪽 표면을 용융처리로 부착시킴으로써, 금형 샌드 블라스트 면에 의해 요철 무늬도 해소시키고, 표면 광택성이 뛰어난 중공 성형 다층 플라스틱 용기를 제공하는 것이다.

상기 식에서, τ는 상기 세관 유동계에 의한 흐름 특성 시험 방법에 있어서의 전단 웅력 (dyne/cm2)이며,는 상기 특정에 있어서의 전단 속도(초-1)이고, n은 0.39-0.41의 수이며,은 9×101내지 1.2×103초-1범위이다.

제1도는 올레핀 수지의 용융물에 대해 절단 응력(τ)과 전단 속도(와의 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (7)
- 2종 이상의 수지층이 적층된 구조의 중공 성형 다층 플라스틱 용기에 있어서, 가장 바깥쪽의 표면층이 직경 lmm 및 길이 10mm의 노즐 및 측정 온도 190℃의 세관 유동계에 의한 흐름 특성 시험 방법 (JIS K7199)에 있어서, 하기 식 (1) 및 (2)을 만족하는 유동 특성을 갖는 올레핀 중합체로 형성되며, 또한 가장 바깥쪽 표면이 용융 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 광택성이 뛰어난 다층 플라스틱 용기 :logτ ≤ n+ 5.15 (1)logτ ≥ n+ 4.95 (2)상기 식에서, τ는 상기 세관 유동계에 의한 흐름 특성 시험 방법에 있어서의 전단 웅력 (dyne/cm2)이며,는 상기 측정에 있어서의 전단 속도(초-1)이고, n은 0.39-0.41의 수이며,은 9×101내지 1.2×103초-1범위내이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀 중합체가 에틸렌·프로필렌·랜덤 공중합체인 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌·프로필렌·랜덤 공중합체가 27×104내지 33×104의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌·프로필렌·공중합체가 2 내지 8중량%의 에틸렌 함유량을 갖는 것인 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바깥 표면층 이외의 수지가 중공 성형 등급의 올레핀 수지로 이루어진 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 중공 성형 등급의 올레핀 수지를 기질로하고, 직경 1mm 및 길이 10mm의 노즐 및 측정 온도 190℃의 세관 유동계에 의한 흐름 특성 시험 방법 (JIS K 7199)에 있어서, 하기 식 (1) 및 (2)을 만족하는 유동특성을 갖는 올레핀수지를 바깥층으로서 공압출시키고, 샌드 블라스트 면을 갖는 중공 형내에서 상기 압출된 파리손을 중공 성형시키고, 이어서 중공 성형물의 가장 바깥쪽면을 용융 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 광택성이 뛰어난 다층 플라스틱 용기의 제조 방법 :logτ ≤+ 5.15 (1)logτ ≥+ 4.95 (2)상기 식에서, τ는 상기 세관 유동계에 의한 흐름 특성 시험 방법에 있어서의 전단 웅력 (dyne/cm2)이며,는 상기 특정에 있어서의 전단 속도(초-1)이고, n은 0.39-0.41의 수이며,는 9×101내지 1.2×103초-1범위내이다.
