Abstract
매스틱 팽창 방염피복물에 대한 보강시스템. 피복물안에 끼워 넣어진 부동성 하이브리드 메시가 피복물을 보강하기 위해 사용된다. 하이브리드 메시는 고온사와 저온사의 결합으로 만들어진다.

제2도는 본 발명의 구체예에 따른 하이브리드 짠 메시의 스케치이다,
제3도는 본 발명의 구체예에 따른 하이브리드 편성된 메시의 스케치이다,
제4도는 본 발명의 구체예에 따른 하이브리드 메시가 부착된 피복된 빔의 스케치이다.
Claims (13)
- (a) 4인치 미만으로 간격이 떨어진 코너를 가지는 큰 셀(M1)을 구획하는 경사와 위사방향으로 달리는 343℃에서 실온장력강도의 80% 이상을 보유하는 제1의 다수의 섬유(206,212,312,314,406) ; 와 (b) 2인치 미만으로 간격이 떨어진 코너를 가지는 작은 셀(M2)을 구획하도록 제1의 다수의 섬유와 섞어짠 343℃에서 실온장력강도의 80% 미만을 보유하는 제2의 다수의 섬유(208,210,318,408)를 특징으로 하는 메시직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 다수의 섬유(206,212,312,314)가 탄소섬유로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 메시직물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2의 다수의 섬유가 유리섬유(208,210,318)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 메시직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 큰 셀(M1)이 1/4" 이상 간격이 떨어진 코너를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 메시직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 다수의 섬유(206,212,312,314)가 세라믹 섬유로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 메시직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 다수의 섬유의 일부가 구불구불한것(312)을 특징으로 하는 메시직물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제2의 다수의 섬유의 일부가 편성된것(316,318)을 특징으로 하는 메시직물.
- 방염물질안에 끼워 넣어진 제1항 내지 제7항의 직물을 특징으로 하는 방염물질로 피복된 기판.
- 제8항에 있어서, 방염피복물에 팽창성 피복물, 승화성 피복물과 단열성 피복물을 함유하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부가적으로 방염물질로 피복된 가장자리로 이루어지고 여기서 메시가 제1방향(W)으로 신장하고 메시가 가장자리에 수직인 제1방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1의 다수의 섬유부분이 구불구불하고 제1방향으로 달리는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- (a) 기판에 자기접착성 방염물질층을 도포하는 단계 ; (b) 제1항 내지 제7항에 따른 메시를 방염물질안에 끼워넣는 단계 ; 그리고 (c) 메시에 방염물질의 제2층을 도포하는 단계로 이루어지는 화염에 대해 구조물 부재를 보호하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 메시가 제1방향으로 확장하고, 끼워넣는 단계가 구조물 부재의 가장자리에 수직인 제1방향과 메시를 일치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
