운전자의 착석과 가속기 밟음정도 검출수단(3)이 최소치와 동일한 가속기 밟은 정도를 검출하였음을 착석검출수단(2)이 확인하면, 모터구동허가수단(41)은 모터구동허가명령(41a)을 발한다, 토한 소정치를 초과하는 시간동안 비착석 상태가 계속되면, 모터정지판단수단(42)은 모터(6)를 정지하는 명령(42a)을 발한다, 모터 구동허가 명령(41a)과 모터정지명령(42a)에 의거 전원제어수단(43)은 모터(6)로의 급전을 제어한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 전기자동차의 제어장치에 있어서, 운전자의 착석을 확인하는 착석검출수단과, 가속기의 밟음정도를 검출하는 가속기 밟음정도 검출수단과, 상기 착석검출수단이 운전자의 착석을 나타내는 검출출력을 발생하고 상기 가속기 밟음정도 검출수단이 가속기 밟음정도가 최소값과 같거나 소정간보다 작음을 나타내는 검출출력을 발생할때 모터구동허가명령을 발하는 모터구동허가수단과, 상기 모터구동허가명령에 의한 요구대로 모터로의 급전을 가능케하는 급전제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전기자동차의 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비착석검출수단이 미리 설정된 비착석상태 허용시간을 초과하는 시간동안 운전자의 비착석을 나타내는 검출출력을 발생할때 상기 모터에 공급되는 전력을 차단하는 명령을 발하도록 모터정지판단수단이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기자동차에 운전자가 승차하고 있음을 착인하는 승차검출수단과 상기 착석검출수단이 상기 운전자의 비착석을 나타내는 검출출력을 발생하고 상기 승차검출수단이 상기 전기자동차에 운전자가 승차하고 있지 않음을 나타내는 검출출력을 발생할때 상기 모터로의 급전을 차단하는 모터정지판단수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 제어장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 재3항에 있어서, 운전계속입력수단에 의한 운전계속요구에 따라 상기 모터로의 급전을 계속하는 것을 가능케하는 운전계속수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착석검출수단이 미리 설정된 비착석상태 허용시간을 초과한은 시간동안 운전자가 착석하고 있지 않음을 나타내는 검출출력을 발생하고 상기 착석검출수단으로 발생된 상기 검출출력 및/또는 상기 가속기 밟음정도 검출수단으로 발생된 상기 검출출력이 절전상태에서 변화할때 경보수단이 얼람음을 발생하는 상기 제어장치를 제외한 다른장치로의 급전을 차단하도록 절전수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 제어장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 소정주파수의 펄스전류에 의해 구동되며 얼람음과 전원스위치가 온임을 나타내는 확인음을 발생하도록 직류전원 동작형 전자식혼을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 제어장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 운전자의 착석을 확인하는 상기 착석 검출수단은 시트에 설치된 시트잠금연결유닛(221)과 상기 시트잠금연결유닛(221)에 연결되어 시트를 닫는 상태로 유지하는 시트잠금 시트잠금부재(232,224,237)를 구비하며, 상기 시트잠금부재(232,224,237)는 운전자의 비착석시 시트를 닫는 방향으로 변위가능하게 구싱되며, 상기 시트잠금부재(232,224,237)의 변위는 운전자 착석시 상기 시트잠금연결유닛(221)을 통해 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 제어장치.
