Abstract

돌기부를 가진 실린더(7)는 다른 실린더(5)의 원주속도보다 큰 원주속도로 회전해서 2개의 실린더의 표면사이에 슬립작용을 발생시킨다.

제4도 및 제5도는 제2도 및 제3도와 마찬가지로, 돌출된 실린더의 표면의 다른 형태를 표시한 도면.

Claims (24)

  1. 서로 항해 가압된 2개의 서로 반대방향으로 회전하는 실린더 사이를 통과하게 되어 있으며, 상기 실린더중의 하나는 상기 원단을 천공하는 돌기부를 구비한 표면을 가지며, 액체가 침투할 수 있고, 2개의 환경을 분리하고 상기 액체를 상기 환경의 한쪽으로부터 다른쪽으로 한방향으로 흐르도록 허용하게 되어있는 원단을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 돌기부를 가진 실린더가 다른 실린더의 원주속도보다 큰 원주속도로 회전해서, 상기 2개의 실린더 사이에 상대적인 슬립작용을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위생타월 또는 기저귀의 커버용 또는 필터장치용등의 막 또는 필름 형태의 제품을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 실린더중 적어도 1개는 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양실린더는 가열되며, 상기 2개의 실린더의 표면온도는 서로 독립적으로 조정가능한 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 원주속도의 차이에 의한 2개의 실린더 사이의 슬립은 느린쪽의 실린더의 원주속도의 10내지 50%사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 슬립은 15내지 25%사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부를 가진 실린더는 70 내지 240℃사이의 표면온도를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 평활한 실린더는 70내지 240℃사이의 표면온도를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 실린더는 120내지 220kg/㎠사이의 압력으로 서로를 향해 가압되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원단은 직물섬유의 막 또는 부직 막 또는 소모섬유의 막인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원단은 플락스틱필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원단은 다수의 층으로 구성된 막으로 되어 있으며, 각 층은 직물섬유 또는 플락스틱필름으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원단은 한정된 영역에 천공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 원단은 공급하는 수단과, 상기 원단이 통과하며 또한 서로를 향해 가압되어 있는 한쌍의 서로 반대방향으로 회전하는 실린더를 구비하고 제1실린더는 평활하고, 제2실린더는 돌기부를 가졌으며, 2개의 환경을 분리하고 액체를 제1환경으로부터 다른쪽으로 한방향으로 흐르도륵 허용하게 되어 있는 천공된 원단을 제조하는 장치로서, 돌기부를 가진 실린더는 평활한 실린더의 원주속도보다 큰 원주속도로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 위생타월 또는 기저귀의 커버용 또는 필터장치용등의 막 또는 필름형태의 제품을 제조하는 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 2개의 실린더중 적어도 하나는 그 표면을 가열하는 가열수단을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 양 실린더는 가열수단을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 가열수단은 상기 2개의 실린더의 표면온도를 돌립적으로 조정할수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 돌기부를 가진 실린더와 평활한 실린더와의 원주속도의 차이는 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 실린더 사이의 압력은 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  18. 제13항에 있어서, 돌기부를 가진 실린더는, 돌기부를 가진 영역과 평활한 영역을 가진 외부표면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 돌기부를 가진 실린더는 높은 돌기부률 가진 영역과 낮은 돌기부를 가진 영역을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 평활한 실린더는 고무재료 또는 직물섬유로 만들어진 커버로 구성된 가요성원통 표면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  21. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 평활한 실린더의 외부표면은 금속으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  22. 표면에 복수개의 구멍을 가진 원단 또는 필름제품으로서, 상기 구멍에 대응해서 제거된 원단 또는 필름의 베이스재료는 베이스재료로부터 부분적으로 분리되어 원단 또는 필름의 표면으로부터 뻗는 가닥(A)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원단 또는 필름제품.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 플라스틱필름의 단층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원단 또는 필름제품.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 중간 플라스틱필름층 및 섬유로 만들어진 외층을 포함하는 다층구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 원단 또는 필름제품.
