Abstract
본 발명은 활성 형태의 마그네슘 할라이드, 및 여기에 담지된 티타늄 할라이드 또는 티타늄 할로겐 알콜레이트 및 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디아민으로 부터 선택된 전자 공여 화합물을 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 성분에 관한 것이다.
(상기 식에서, 라디칼 R1∼R10은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 또는 C1-C18탄화수소 라디칼이며, 단, R7및 R8라디칼의 적어도 하나 및 R9및 R10라디칼의 적어도 하나는 수소가 아니다)
또한, 상기한 촉매 성분 및 Al-알킬 화합물로 부터 수득한 촉매, 및 Al-알킬 화합물 및 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디아민과 티타늄 할라이드 또는 티타늄 할로겐 알콜레이트, 및 Al-트리에틸을 사용한 특이한 특성을 가진 전자-공여 화합물을 함유하는 고형 촉매 성분과의 반응으로 부터 수득한 촉매가 기재되어 있다.

Claims (10)
- 활성 형태의 마그네슘 할라이드, 및 그위에 담지된 티타늄 할라이드 또는 티타늄 할로겐 알콜레이트 및 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디아민으로 부터 선택된 전자 공여 화합물을 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 성분.(상기 식에서, 라디칼 R1∼R10은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 도는 C1-C18탄화수소 라디칼, C3-C18시클로알킬라디칼, C6-C18아릴 라디칼, C7-C18알카릴 또는 아르알킬 라디칼이며, 단, R7및 R8라디칼의 적어도 하나 및 R9및 R10라디칼의 적어도 하나는 수소가 아니다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 R1∼R8이 수소, 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, 이소프로필, n-부틸, 이소부틸, sec-부틸, tert-부틸, 시클로헥실, 시클로헥세닐, 시클로헥실메틸, 페닐 및 벤질로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 촉매 성분.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 R7∼R10이 C1-C6알킬 및 C3-C6시클로알킬로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 촉매 성분.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마그네슘 할라이드가 MgCl2이고 티타늄 할라이드가 TiCl4인 촉매 성분.
- (A) 제1항에 정의한 촉매 성분; (B) Al-알킬 화합물; (C) 임의적으로 전자 공여 화합물의 반응 생성물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, Al-아킬 화합물(B)가 Al-트리알킬 화합물이 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전자 공여 화합물(C)가 하기 일반식 화합물로 부터 선택된 촉매.RmSiYnXp(상기 식에서, R은 C1-C20알킬, C2-C20알케닐, C6-C20아릴, C7-C20아르알킬, 또는 C3-C20시클로알킬이며; Y는 -OR′, -OCOR′, -NR′2라디칼(식중, R′는 R과 동일하거나 상이하며 R과 동이한 의마를 갖는다)이며; X는 할로겐 또는 수소원자이거나, 또는 -OCR″ 또는 -NR″2기(식중, R″는 R′과 동일하거나 상이하며 R′와 동일한 의미를 갖는다)이고; m은 0∼3이고, n은 1∼4이며, p는 0∼4이며, p는 0∼1이고 m+n+p는 4이다)
- Al-알킬 화합물 및 제1항의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디아민과, 활성형태의 마그네슘 할라이드, 티타늄 할라이드 또는 티타늄 할로겐 알콜레이트, 및 Al-트리에틸을 사용하여 표준 추출 조건하에서 70몰%이상을 추출할 수 있는 전자-공여 화합물을 함유하며 추출 후 표면적이 20㎡/g보다 큰 고형 성분과의 반응 생성물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제8항에 있어서, 고형 성분에 존재하는 전자-공여 화합물이 프탈산 에스테르인 촉매.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 디아민.(상기 식에서, 라디칼 R1∼R10은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소, C1-C18직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 라디칼, C3-C18시클로알킬 라디칼 C6-C18아릴 라디칼, C7-C18알카릴 또는 아르알킬 라디칼이며, 단 R7및 R8라디칼의 적어도 하나 및 R9및 R10라디칼의 적어도 하나는 수소가 아니다)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
