Abstract
본 발명은 Ziegler-Natta 형태의 중합촉매와 전자주게인 일반식(I)로 표시되는 실란화합물로 이루어지는 올레핀 중합반응용 촉매계에 관한 것이다.
일반식(I)에서 R′은 트리메틸실릴메틸 혹은 2-페닐프로필기를 나타내고, R2는 1-헥실, 시클로헥실, 시클로펜틸, 노말-부틸, 이소-부틸 또는 프로필 등의 C3-C6의 직쇄형, 고리형 혹은 가지달린 직쇄형의 알킬기를 나타내며, R3는 C1-C3인 알킬기이다.

Claims (6)
- Ziegler-Natta 형태의 중합촉매와 전자주게인 일반식(I)로 표시되는 공간장애가 큰 유기기를 가진 실란 화합물을 함유하는 올레핀의 중합용 촉매계상기식에서 R1은 트리메틸실릴메틸 흑은 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 2-페닐프로필기이고; R2는 C3-C6인 직쇄형 또는 가지달린 직쇄형의 알킬 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타내며; R3는 C1-C3인 알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R2가 1-헥실, 시클로헥실, 시클로펜틸, 노말-부틸, 이소-부틸 및 프로필로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 알킬알루미늄과 티타늄 할라이드로 이루어지는 촉매계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 할라이드와 상기 실란화합물의 몰비가 1-200인 촉매계.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 할라이드와 상기 실란화합물의 몰비가 10-100인 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 프로필렌인 촉매계.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
