Claims (10)
- 이할로겐화 마그네슘 및 할로겐화 티타늄 또는 티타늄 할로겐 알콜레이트, 및 두개 이상의 에트르기를 함유하는 전자-공여 화합물이 담지된 다공성 산화물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 성분에서, 전자-공여 화합물이 MgCl2100g 당 60 밀리몰이하의 양으로 무수 이염화마그네슘과 착물화될 수 있으며 TiCl4와 미반응되어 치환반응을 일으키거나, 치환 방식으로 50몰 % 미만에 대하여 반응을 일으킬수 있음을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매성분.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐화 티타늄이 사염화 티타늄이고, 이할로겐화 마그네슘이 이염화마그네슘이며, Mg/Ti 몰비가 0.5:1 내지 10:1 이고, Ti/전자-공여 화합물 몰비가 0.5:1 내지 3:1 이며, 금속 산화물이 성분의 총중량에 대하여 40중량 이상의 양으로 존재하는 촉매성분.
- 제1항에 있어서 금속 산화물이 실리카, 알루미나, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 촉매 성분.
- 제1항에 있어서 에테르기를 함유하는 화합물이 다음 일반식의 화합물로부터 선택되는 촉매 성분.상기식에서, R, R1및 R2는 서로 같거나 다르며, C1~C18알킬, C3~C18시클로알킬, C6~C18아릴 C7~C18아르알킬 또는 알킬아릴기이고, R1및 R2는 수소원자일 수도 있다.
- 제4항에 있어서, R이 메틸이고, R1및 R2가 서로 같거나 다르며, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 부틸 이소부틸, t-부틸 이소-펜틸, 2-에틸헥실, 시클로헥실, 메틸시클로헥실, 페닐, 및 베질중에서 선택되며, R1이 수소이면, R2는 에틸, 부틸, sec-부틸, t-부틸, 2-에틸헥실, 시클로헥실, 디페닐메틸, p-클로로페닐, 1-나프릴, 1-데카히드로나프틸인 촉매 성분.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에테르기를 함유하는 화합물이 2,2-디이소부틸-1,3-디메톡시프로판, 2-이소프로필-2-이소펜틸-1,3-디메톡시프로판, 2,2-n-프로필-1,3-디메톡시프로판, 2,2-디이소펜틸-1,3-디메톡시프로판, 2,2-디시클로헥실-1,3-디메톡시프로판중에서 선택된 촉매 성분.
- 제1항의 촉매 성분과 Al-알킬 화합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제3항의 촉매성분과 Al-알킬 화합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제5항의 촉매 성분과 Al-트리알킬 화합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제6항의 촉매 성분과 Al-트리알킬 화합물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
