Abstract

본 발명은, 고강도 시멘트 배함물을 조제할 경우, 특히 초고강도 시멘트 배합물을 조제할 경우에, 이들의 시멘트 배함물에 높은 유동성을 부여하고, 슬럼프로스도 낮아 작업성 및 시공성이 좋고 고품질의 고강도 내지 초고강도 경화제를 얻을 수 있는 시멘트용 분산제를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 특정의 4종 또는 5종의 단량체를 각각 소정의 공중합 비율이 되도록 수계 래디칼 공중합한 수포성 비닐 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하기식(1)의 단량체, 하기식(2)의 단량체, 하기식(3)의 단량체 및 하기식(4)의 단량체 및 임의적인 단량체로서 하기식(5)의 단량체를 수계 래디칼 공중합하여 얻어진 수용성 비닐 공중합체이고, 그 수용성 비닐 공중합체를 구성하는 단량체 단위의 비율이 식(1)의 단량체/식 (2)의 단량체/식 (3)의 단량체/식 (4)의 단량체/식 (5)의 단량체=45-65/8-23/3-25/5-25/0-15(몰%)로 나타낸 단량체로 환산한 비율인 수용성 비닐공중합체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 시멘트용 분산제.
    상기식에서, R1,R2,R3,R4및 R6은 H 또는 CH3이고, R5및 R7은 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬기이며, X는 -S03M2또는 식(6)S03M2유기이고, M1은 알칼리금속, 알카리토금속, 암모늄 또는 유기아민이며, m은 1 내지 30의 정수이고, n은 5 내지 25의 정수이며, M2는 알카리금속, 알카리토금속, 암모늄 또는 유기아민이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 비닐 공중합체가 수평균 분자량 2000 내지 20000범위의 공중합체인 시멘트용 분산제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시멘트 또는 시멘트와 비분말 혼화재료와의 혼합물로 구성된 결합재의 단위량이 600 내지 800㎏/m3이고, 물/결합비가 15%이상 25%미만인 콘크리트에 적용되는 시멘트용 분산제.
