Abstract

Claims (12)

  1. (a) 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 적어도 하나의 관능기를 갖는 중합체, (b) 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트, (C)중합체 (a)폴리이소시아네이트 (b) 또는 (a)나 (b)와는 다른 화합물의 부분에 부착된 히드라지드기 (이 히드라지드기의 질소들중의 적어도 하나는 카르보닐기에 인접해 있지 않다)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명한 또는 무색의 코우팅을 생산하기 위한 코우팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 히드라지드기가 하기 식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각자 독립적으로 H 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬을 나타내고, Rl및 R2중 적어도 하나는 H를 나타낸다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 히드라지드가 중합체 (a) 및 폴리이소시아네이트(b)와는 다른 화합물의 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 화합물이 하기 식의 히드라지드기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
    상기식에서, R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬을 나타내고. R5는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬, 치환되거나 치환되지 않는 아릴 또는 하기식을 나타낸다.

  5. 제4항에 있어서, R3및 R4중 적어도 하나는 H를 나타내고, R6및 R7중 적어도 하나는 H를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
  6. 제1, 2, 3, 4또는 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주석 촉매를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
  7. 제1.2.3.4또는 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트(b)가 탈차단을 위해서 적어도 141℃의 온도틀 필요로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅 조성물.
  8. 내용 없음
  9. (1) 기판에 코우팅 조성물을 적용하고. (2) 상기 코우팅 조성물이 제1,2.3.4또는 5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 코우팅 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코우팅을 경화시키는 단계들을 특징으로 하는 기판에 투명한 또는 무색의 코우팅을 적용하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 적용단계 이전에, 기판에 안료를 넣은 또는 착색된 기초코우트층을 적용하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 착색된 기초 코우팅 층이 히드라지드기의 질소들중 적어도 하나가 카르보닐에 인접해 있지 않은 히드라지드기를 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 기판이 자동차 몸체 패널인 방법.
