Abstract

본 발명은(시클로)지방족계에 결합된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 시클로 유기 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트기의 5내지 85%를 삼량체화시켜 제조되고, i) 이소시아누레이트기 함유 폴리이소시아네이트 및 ii) 폴리이소시아네이트의 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 이상의 미반응 디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트와, 가역성이고 일관능성의 이소시아네이트기 봉쇄제와의 반응 생성물을 기재로 하는 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트에 관한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리히드록실 폴리아크릴레이트 및(또는) 폴리히드록실 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 일서운계 코팅 조성물에 관한 것이다.
마지막으로, 본 발명은 이 코팅 조성물로 코팅된 기판에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. i) 이소시아누레이트기 함유 폴리이소시아네이트 및 ii) 폴리이소시아네이트의 중량을 기준으로 5중량% 이상의 미반응 디이소시아네이트를 함유하고, (시클로)지방족계에 결합된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 시클로 유기 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트기의 5 내지 85%를 삼량체화시키고, 임으로 상기 조건 ii)를 달성하기 위해 필요한 경우 미반응 디이소시아네이트를 첨가하여 제조되는 폴리이소시아네이트와, 가역성이고 일관능성의 이소시아네이트기 봉쇄제와의 반응 생성물을 기재로 하는 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트기의 10 내지 75%가 삼량체화된 것인 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 시클릭 유기 디이소시아네이트가 비스-(4-이소시아나토시클로헥실)메탄 50 중량% 이상을 함유하는 것인 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일관능성 봉쇄제가 메틸 에틸 게톡심으로 이루어진 것인 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트.
  5. a)i) 이소시아누레이트기 함유 포리이소시아네이트 및 ii) 폴리이소시아네이트의 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 이상의 미반응 디이소시아네이트를 함유하고, (시클로)지방족계에 결합된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 시클로 유기 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트기의 5 내지 85중량%를 삼량체화 시키고, 임으로 상기 조건 ii)를 달성하기 위해 필요한 경우 미반응 디이소시아네이트를 첨가하여 제조되는 폴리이소시아네이트와, 가역성이고 일관능성의 이소시아네이트기 봉쇄제와의 반응 생성물을 기재로 하는 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 b)폴리히드록실 폴리아크릴레이트 및(또는) 폴리히드록실 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 일성분계 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 이소아네이트기의 10 내지 75%가 삼량체화된 것인 일성분계 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 시클릭 유기 디이소시아네이트가 50 중량%이상의 비스-(4-이소시아나토시클로헥실)메탄을 함유하는 것인 일성분계 코팅 조성물.
  8. 제5항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일관능성 봉쇄제가 메틸 에틸 케톡심으로 이루어진 것인 일성분계 코팅 조성물.
  9. 제5항의 일성분계 코팅 조성물을 코팅시켜서 얻어진 코팅된 기판.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 먼저 아크릴/멜라민 열경화성 하도로 코팅된 것인 코팅된 기판.
