Abstract

본 발명은 2-부틸-2-에틸펜탄-1,5-디이소시아네이트, 2-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥실-1-이소시아네이트 및/또는 1-(이소시아네이토메틸)-1-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 여러 반응성의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 디이소시아네이트로 부터 얻을 수 있는, 우레탄, 알로파네이트, 우레아, 비우레트, 카르보디이미드, 우레트디온 및/또는 이소시아누레이트기에 의해 변성되고 1 내지 34 중량%의 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 실시예 7에 기술된 바와같이, 삼합체화 촉매로서 2-에틸헥산산트리메틸-2-히드록시프로필암모늄을 사용하여 제조한, 이소시아누레이트 및 우레트디온기를 함유하고 BEPDI에 근거한 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 GPC크로마토그램, 제2도는 실시예 8에 기술된 바와같이, 삼합체화 촉매로서 비스(트리메틸실릴)아민을 사용하여 제조한, 이소시아누레이트 및 우레트디온기를 함유하고, BEPDI에 근거한 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 GPC 크로마토그램.

Claims (9)

  1. 2-부틸-2-에틸펜탄-1,5-디이소시아네이트, 2-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥실-1-이소시아네티트, 1-(이소시아네이토메틸)-1-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥산으로 및 상기 디이소시아네이트의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 디이소시아네이트로 부터 공지된 방법에 의해 제조되는, 우레탄, 알로파네이트, 우레아, 비우레트, 카르보디이미드, 우레트디온 및/또는 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고, 1 내지 34 중량%의 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
  2. 2-부틸-2-에틸펜탄-1,5-디이소시아네이트로 부터 공지된 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는, 우레탄, 알로파네이트, 우레아, 비우레트, 카르보디이미드, 우레트디온 및/또는 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고, 1 내지 34중량%의 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
  3. 이소시아누레이트-폴리이소시아네이트에 대해, 50 중량% 이상의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하는 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고 10 내지 34 중량%의 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물:

  6. 2-부틸-2-에틸펜탄-1,5-디이소시아네이트, 2-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥실-1-이소시아네이트, 1-(이소시아네이토메틸)-1-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥산으로 및 상기 디이소시아네이트의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 디이소시아네이트로 부터 공지된 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는, 비우레트기를 함유하고 5 내지 34 중량%의 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
  7. 2-부틸-2-에틸펜탄-1,5-디이소시아네이트, 2-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥실-1-이소시아네이트, 1-(이소시아네이토메틸)-1-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥산 및 상기 디이소시아네이트의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 디이소시아네이트로 부터 공지된 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는, 알로파네이트 및/또는 우레탄기를 함유하고 1 내지 34중량%의 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물.
  8. 30 내지 140℃에서 비스(트리메틸실릴)아민의 존재하에, 2-부틸-2-에틸펜탄-1,5-디이소시아네이트, 2-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥실-1-이소시아네이트, 및 1-(이소시아네이토메틸)-1-(3-이소시아네이토프로필)시클로헥산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 디이소시아네이트를 삼합체화시키는것으로 이루어지는, 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하고 1 내지 34중량%의 이소시아네이트 함량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 제조방법.
  9. 폴리우레탄 피니시계, 코우팅제, 분산액,, 접착제, 시일런트, 발포성 또는 조밀한 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 및 포움재료를 생성시키기 위한, 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 우레탄, 알로파네이트, 비우레트,카르보디이미드, 우레트디온 및/또는 이소시아누레이트기를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물의 사용방법.
