Abstract

플루오로엘라스토머 도포용 조성물
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 유용성 킬레이트화제를 함유하는 본 발명의 조성물 (실시예 1)의 시간에 대한 정도 변화와 유용성 킬레이트화제를 함유하지 않은 조성물(비교실시예 1) 시간에 대한 점도변화를 비교하는 그래프이다

Claims (11)

  1. (1) 플루오로엘라스토머; (2) 4급 암모늡 또는 4급 포스포늄 염 폭진제 ; (3) 폴리올, (4) 산 수용체 ; (5) 유용성 킬레이트화제; 및 (7) 유기용매를 포함하는 도포용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 플루오로엘라스토머가 비닐리덴 플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로펜 공중합체, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로펜-테트라플루오로에틸렌 삼원 공중합체, 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올이 2.2-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)프로판. 2.2-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)퍼플루오로프로판. 하이드로퀴논. 카테콜, 레조르신. 4,4'-디하이드록시디페닐. 4.4'-디하이드록시페닐메탄, 4,4'-디하이드록시페닐설폰, 및 2,2-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)부탄으로 구성된 그룹으로 선택되는 조성물
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4급 암모능 촉진제 염이 하기 일반식으토 표시되는 화합물 조성물 :
    상기식에서, R1내지 R4는 알킬 그룹. 아릴 그룹. 아르알킬 그룹. 알케닐 그룹. 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹 및 플루오로알킬 그룹으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 독립 적 으로 선택되고 , X-는 할라이드, 하이드록실레이트, 알콕실레이트, 카복실레이트, 페녹사이드, 설포네이트, 설페이트, 설파이트, 카보네이트, 및 니트레이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 음이온이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 4급 암모늄 촉진제가 테트라페닐암모늄 클로라이드, 테트라페닐암모늄 브로마이드, 테트라옥틸암모늄 클로라이드, 테트라-n-부틸암모늄 클로라이드, 테트라에틸암모늄 클로라이드, 테트라메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 테트라메틸암모늄 브로마이드, 트리페닐벤질암모늄 클로라이드, 트리페닐벤질 암모늄 브로마이드, 트리페닐벤질암모늄 스테아레이트. 트리페닐벤질암모늄 벤조에이트, 트리페닐이소부틸암모늄 브로마이드, 트리옥틸-n-부틸암모늄 클로라이드. 트리옥틸벤질암모늄 클로라이드, 트리옥틸벤질암모늄 아세테이트, 트리페닐-2,4-트리클로로벤질암모늄 클로라이드, 트리옥틸메톡시에톡시에틸암모늄 클로라이드, 트리페닐에톡시카보닐메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 트리페닐알릴암모늄 클로라이드, 1-알킬피리듐 염, 5-아르알킬-1, 5-디아자비사이클로[4.3.0]-5-노네늄염 및 8-아르알킬-1.8-디 아자비사이클로(5.4.0) -7-운데케늄염으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4급 포스포늄 측진제 염이 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 화합물 조성물.
    상기식에서, Rl내지 R4는 알킬 그룹, 아릴 그룹, 아르알킬 그룹, 알케닐그룹, 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹 및 플루오로알킬 그룹으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 독립적으로 선택되고; X-는 할라이드 하이드록실레이트 알콕실레이트카복실레이트, 페녹사이드, 설포네이트, 설페이트, 설파이트, 카보네이트, 및 니트레이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 음이온이다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 포스포늄 클로라이드 촉진제 염이 테트라페닐포스포늄 클로라이드. 테트라페닐포스포늄 브로마이드, 테트라옥틸포스포늄 클로라이드, 테트라-R-부틸포스포늄 클로라이드. 테트라에틸포스포늄 클로라이드, 테트라메틸포스포늄 클로라이드. 테트라메틸포스포늄 브로마이드, 트리페닐벤질포스포늄 클로라이드 트레페닐벤질포스포늄 브로마이드, 트리페닐벤질 포스포늄, 스테아레이트, 트리페닐 벤질포스포늄 벤조이에트, 트리페닐이소부틸 포스포늄 브로마이드, 트리옥틸-n-부틸포스포늄 클로라이드. 트리옥틸벤질포스포늄 클로라이드. 트리옥틸벤질포스포늄 아세테이트, 트리페닐-2, 4-디클로로벤질포스포늄 클로라이드. 트리옥틸 메톡시에톡시에틸포스포늄 클로라이드. 트리페닐에톡시카보닐메틸포스포늄 클로라이드, 및 트리페닐알릴포스포늄 클로라이드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 유용성 킬레이트화제가 에틸렌디아민 테트라아세트산, 글리콜 에케르 디아민 테트라아세트산, 및 디에틸렌트리아민 펜타아세트산으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 다염기성 카복실산의 부분 알킬아민 염인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 90내지 60중량%의 싱분(1)내지 (5). 및 10내지 40중량%의 성분(6)을 포함하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 성분(1)내지 (5)가, (1)플루오로엘라스토머 100중량부; (2) 4급 암모늄 또는 4급 포스포늄염 촉진제 0.5내지 10중량부; (3) 폴리을 01.내지 10중량부, (4) 산 수용체 1내지 30중량부: 및 (5) 유용성 킬레이트화제 0.1내지 5중량부의 중량비로 사용되는 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 케톤, 에스테르, 알콜 또는 그틀의 혼합물인 조성물.
