Abstract

본 발명은 윤활성 조성물, 유압액 및 기재유용 첨가제로서 사용하기에 특히 적합한 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R1및 R2은 각각 독립적으로 C3-C18알킬, C5-C12시클로알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬메틸, C9-C10비시클로알킬메틸, C9-C10트리시클로알킬메틸, 페닐, C7-C24알킬페닐 또는 함께 결합된
이고, R3는 중간에 -O-, -S-, 또는 -NR4-가 연결된 C2-C18알킬렌이거나, 또는 하기 일반식의 기
R4는 수소, C1-C18알킬, 페닐-C1-C4알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C6알킬치환된 페닐이고, R5는 수소 또는 메틸

Claims (14)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물,
    상기식에서, R1및 R2은 각각 독립적으로 C3-C18알킬, C5-C12시클로알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬메틸, C9-C10비시클로알킬메틸, C9-C10트리시클로알킬메틸, 페닐, C7-C24알킬페닐 또는 함께 결합된
    이고, R3는 중간에 -O-, -S-, 또는 -NR4-가 연결된 C2-C18알킬렌이거나, 또는 하기 일반식의 기
    R4는 수소, C1-C18알킬, 페닐-C1-C4알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C6알킬치환된 페닐이고, R5는 수소 또는 메틸 이며, b는 3 내지 18의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2기 각각 독립적으로 C3-C10알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬메틸. C9-Cl0비시클로알킬메틸, C9-C10트티시클로알킬메틸, 페닐, C7-C18알킬페닐 또는 함께 결합된
    이고, R3는 -(CH2)B-, 중간에 -O- 또는 -NR4가 연결된 C4-C20알킬렌이거나, 또는 하기 일반식의 기
    R4는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고, b가 3 내지 10의 정수인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서. R3가 -(CH2)b-, 중간에 -0- 또는 NR4가 연결된 C4-C12알킬렌, 또는 하기 일반식의 기
    R4는 C1-C4알킬이고 b는 3 내지 6의 정수인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 C3-C8알킬인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R5가 수소인 화합물.
  6. 하기 물질을 포함하는 조성물 : a) 윤활제, 기계유 또는 유압액, 및 b) 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, Rl및 R2가 각각 독립적으로 C3-C10알킬. C5-C6시클로알킬, C5-C6-시클로알킬메틸, C9-C10비시클로알킬메틸, C9-C10트리시클로알킬메틸, 페닐. C7-Cl8알킬페닐 또는 함께 결합된
    이고, R3는 -(CH2)b-, 중간에 -0- 또는 NR4가 연결된 C4-C20알킬렌, 또는 하기 일반식의 기
    이며, R4는 수소 또는 Cl-C4알킬이고 b가 3 내지 10의 정수인 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, R3가 -(CH2)b-, 중간에 -0- 또는 NR4가 연결된 C4-C12알킬렌, 또는 하기 일반식의 기
    이며, R4가 C1-C4알킬이고 b가 3 내지 6의 정수인 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, R5가 수소인 조성물.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 윤활제인 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제가 엔진 오일인 조성물.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 산화 방지제, 금속 탈활성화제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 안정화제, 극압 및 마모방지 첨가제와 유동점 강하제를 부가적으로 포함하는 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 정의된 일반식 (Ⅰ) 화합물의 윤활제, 유압액 및 기계유용 첨가제로서의 용도.
  14. 제1항에 정의된 일반식 (Ⅰ) 화합물 1이상을 부가함으로써 윤활성 조성물, 유압액 및 기계유의 기능 특성을 증진시키는 방법.
