Composés répondant à la formule I: (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) dans laquelle R1 et R2 désignent indépendamment l'un de l'autre un groupe alkyle en C3 -C1 8 , cycloalkyle en C5 -C1 2 , (cycloalkyle en C5 -C6 )-méthyle, (bicycloalkyle en C9 -C1 0 )-méthyle, (tricycloalkyle en C9 -C1 0 )-méthyle, phényle, alkylphényle en C7 -C2 4 ou ensemble un groupe (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) R3 désigne un groupe alkylène en C4 -C4 0 interrompu par -O-, -S- ou -NR4 - ou un groupe répondant aux formules (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) R4 représente un groupe alkyle en C1 -C1 8 , phényle (alkyle en C1 -C4 )-phényle ou phényle substitué par un groupe alkyle en C1 -C6 et R5 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe méthyle. COMME ADDITIFS DANS DES LUBRIFIANTS
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de l'acide bisdithiophosphorique et leur utilisation comme additifs dans des lubrifiants, des liquides d'usinage des métaux et des liquides hydrauliques ainsi
que des compositions contenant ces dérivés.
L'US 4 544 492 décrit pour l'utilisation comme additifs dans des lubrifiants des acides oxo-
thiophosphoriques mélangés. Le GB 1 347 845 préconise pour la même application des esters méthyliques répondant à la formule:

Par l'US-A-3 784 588, on connaît des produits d'addition d'acides dithiophosphoriques et d'esters de l'acide acrylique Il s'agit d'esters d'alcools ayant un à six groupes hydroxyle L'utilisation de ces composés dans des huiles hydrauliques est décrite dans 1 'EP

de 3 à 6, et en outre des compositions dans lesquelles R 5 est un atome d'hydrogène.10 On insistera sur les compositions dans lesquelles RI et R 2 sont des groupes alkyle en C 3-C 6.
Les lubrifiants, fluides hydrauliques et fluides d'usinage des métaux contenus dans les compositions conformes à l'invention peuvent se décomposer plus ou15 moins aisément sous l'influence de la chaleur, d'une charge mécanique (en particulier par des forces de cisaillement) et des réactifs chimiques (en particulier l'oxygène de l'air). Pour la protection contre ces influences, on peut utiliser les composés répondant à la formule I qui doivent de préférence être présents dans les compositions conformes à l'invention à raison de 0,01 à 10, par exemple à raison de 0,05 à 5, de préférence à raison de 0, 05 à 3, mais en particulier de 0,1 à 2 % en poids Il peut s'agir ici d'un ou plusieurs de ces composés et les indications de pourcentage pondéraux se rapportent à la quantité totale de ces composés Le calcul se base ici sur le poids total du lubrifiant ou du fluide d'usinage de métaux ou du fluide hydraulique30 sans les composés répondant à la formule I. L'invention concerne donc également l'utilisation de composés répondant à la formule I comme additifs dans
des lubrifiants, des fluides hydrauliques et d'usinage des métaux, en particulier comme additifs haute pression35 et anti-usure ainsi que comme agents d'amélioration du frottement (friction modifier) -

9 - Les composés répondant à la formule I sont très solubles dans les lubrifiants, les fluides d'usinage des

procédé récapitulé dans le schéma Ces exemples ainsi que les exemples d'application constituent une explication supplémentaire de l'invention, sans35 toutefois la limiter Sauf indication contraire, les parties et pourcentages sont en poids.

EXEMPLE 1
Dithiophosphate d'O, O-di-i-amyle-S-2-carboxy- éthyle
A 93,24 g ( 0,3 mole) de dithiophosphate de di-i-
amyle, on ajoute en agitant, à 70 C, sur une durée d'une heure, 23,44 g ( 0,33 mole) d'acide acrylique puis on agite pendant 4 heures à 75 C Les constituants très volatils sont éliminés sous vide ( 70 C/0,08 mbar/ 2 heures) Après addition d'adjuvants de filtration, on soumet le liquide à une filtration clarifiante. Rendement: 108,3 g ( 93 %) d'un liquide jaune clair;
n 2 : 1,4983; RMN 31 p: 94,9 ppm/H 3 P 04.
EXEMPLE 2
Bis-3 '-(O,O-di-isoamyl-dithiophosphoryl)- propionyl-butanediol-1,4 On chauffe sous reflux pendant 3 heures environ au séparateur d'eau 70,98 g ( 0,21 mole) du dithiophosphate préparé conformément à l'Exemple 1 avec 9,01 g20 ( 0,1 mole) de butanediol-l,4, 0,57 g d'acide p-toluène- sulfonique et 100 ml de toluène, jusqu'à ce que l'eau de réaction soit complètement éliminée. On lave ensuite le produit obtenu avec 60 ml d'une solution de sulfate de sodium à 10 % et deux fois avec 60 ml d'une solution de sulfate de sodium ( 10 %)/ carbonate de sodium ( 5 %), et on le sèche sur sulfate de sodium anhydre On élimine ensuite le solvant par distillation dans un évaporateur rotatif et on élimine les résidus de solvant sous vide ( 60 C, 0,02 mbar/30 2 heures). Rendement: 73,6 g ( 99 %) d'un liquide jaune clair;
n 20: 1,5008; RMN 31 p: 94,7 ppm/H 3 P 04.
Les composés des Exemples 3 à 11 récapitulés dans le tableau 1 sont préparés d'une manière analogue à
l'Exemple 2.

EXEMPLE 12
Essai SRV Pour l'essai des propriétés de réduction de l'usure et du frottement, on incorpore les dithiophosphates conformes à l'invention à une huile lubrifiante non alliée et on détermine le coefficient de frottement à 100 C et 150 C à l'aide de l'appareil SRV (appareil vibration/frottement/usure de la Sté Optimol, à Munich (voir Lubrication Engineering 39 ( 11)
1982, liste des annonceurs, couverture 3, page 729).
Dans cette méthode, une bille oscillante (à 50 Hz) est pressée avec une force de 200 N contre un cylindre métallique fortement serré, sur lequel se trouve l'huile
à essayer Les forces horizontales et verticales sont mesurées avec un transducteur de force piézoélectrique.
Le signal obtenu est envoyé directement à l'appareil enregistreur en passant par un amplificateur de charge. 35 A la fin de l'essai, on mesure le profil transversal des marques d'usure sur le cylindre métallique à l'aide d'un 24 - profilomètre TALYSURF 10 Les résultats d'essai sont
