Abstract
본 발명은 여러형태의 폐기물로부터 물리적/화학적 안정성이 현저히 증가된 성형물질을 얻기에 적당한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 폐기물은 25%-45%의 액체 한계 범위의 혼합물의 형태로 조정되고, 일정하게 조절된 온도에서 고진공하에 혼합되며, 상기 조작이 연속적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 성형된 폐기물의 안정성이 크게 증가하고 종래의 산업규모의 장치보다 더 높은 작업률로 폐기물을 안정화 처리할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (7)
- 각종 형태와 근원의 폐기물로부터 물리적/화학적 수준에서 안정한 성형된 물질을 얻기 위하여 1종 이상의 수경 바인더형 고화제와 폐기물을 혼합하고, 얻어진 고형물의 압출성형을 실시하는 것으로 구성되는 방법에 있어서, 상기 폐기물은 25%-45%의 액체 한계 범위의 혼합물의 형태로 조정되고, 주어진 형태의 폐기물에 대해 일정하게 조절된 온도에서 고진공하에 혼합되며, 상기 조작이 연속적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물로부터 안정화된 성형물을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속 조작에서 진공은 0.1-10 mmHg 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물로부터 안정화된 성형물을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 진공하의 혼합조작 및 압출 성형은 진공에 의해 폐기물로부터 추출된 휘발물질의 소각과 결합되고, 소각조작으로부터 나온 연기정화 폐기물(SPW)는 혼합조작중 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물로부터 안정화된 성형물을 얻기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 실시를 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 물질분리 스크린을 개재하여 스크류가 제공된 성형장치에 연결된 믹서와 압출헤드의 결합을 포함하며, 상기 성형장치는 방해물 없이 진공펌프를 개재하여 소각로에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물로부터 안정화된 성형물을 얻기 위한 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 믹서 및/또는 성형장치는 고화동안 폐기물 혼합물의 냉각 또는 가열을 실시하기 위한 온도 조절 및 제어 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물로부터 안정화된 성형물을 얻기 위한 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 온도조절수단이 내부에 열전달 유체가 흐르는 믹서 및/또는 성형장치의 이중벽으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물로부터 안정화된 성형물을 얻기 위한 장치.
- 폐기물이 가정쓰레기, 소각폐기물, 산업폐기물, 병원쓰레기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 그 원형은 고체, 액체, 슬러지, 페이스트형 물질이며, 혼합조작시에 그리고 위에서 언급한 액체한계를 갖는 세미-페이스트 혼합물의 형태에 고화제의 첨가전을 도입되는 특징으로하는 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항 기재의 방법 및 장치의 적용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
