폐기물을 용융처리하는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 폐기물의 용융처리방법을 실시하기 위한 용융도의 일례를 나타낸 약도적 분해도.
제2도는 본 발명의 한 실시예를 설명하기 위한 프로시딩(proceeding)이며, 피처리 폐기물로서 소각회를 이용하고 폐 플라스틱을 혼합해서 용융 처리하는 예를 나타낸 도. 제3도는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예의 원리를 설명하기 위한 조성도이며, 융점이 1300℃ 이하에서 용융처리 가능한 범위의 조성을 나타낸도.

Claims (12)

  1. 수처리오물과 도시오물 소각재 등의 피처리 폐기물을 용융처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 피처리 폐기물에 분상, 입상이거나 괴상 또는 이들의 혼합물의 형태의 그 자체가 칼로리를 갖는 조연물을 혼합하여 용융하는 단계를 구비하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분상, 입상이거나 괴상 또는 이들의 혼합물의 형태의 상기 조연물로서는 석탄, 분탄 또는 코오스가 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, SiO2가 40%-60%, Al2O3가 5-25%와 함께 FeO, CaO, K2O 및 Na2O를 함유하는 류로부터 선택된 물질이 15-55%인 조성비를 가지므로 상기 피처리 폐기물에 첨가제가 혼합되는 단계를 구비하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피처리 폐가물은 수처리오물이며, 상기 첨가제로서 폐기물 소각재가 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제로서는 폐기물 소각재에 가해서 산화철 또는 산화철을 주성분으로 하는 물질로부터 혼합되는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제로서는 산화철 또는 산화철을 주성분으로 하는 물질이 사용되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 산화철 또는 산화철을 주성분으로 하는 물질로서는 폐재가 사용되는 방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피처리 폐기물은 상기 오물이며, 상기 첨가제는 하수오물인 방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피처리 폐기물은 하수 오물이며, 상기 첨가제는 상수오물인 방법.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피처리 폐기물 및 상기 첨가제는 각각 이질(異質)의 하수오물인 방법.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 분상, 입상이거나 괴상 또는 이들의 혼합물의 형태의 상기 조연물로서는 폐 플라스틱 또는 폐타이어가 사용되는 방법.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피처리 폐기물은 도시오물로부터 분리가능한 플라스틱을 제거하여 소각한 후 얻어진 소각 잔사이며 상기 폐 플라스틱으로서는 상기 도시오물로부터 제거된 플라스틱이 사용되는 방법.
