CONSTITUTION: Fine powder of sludge, collected dust, incineration ashes, etc. contg. heavy metals such as Zn, Pb and Cu is dried, and to 100 parts of the dried fine powder are added 0.1W20 parts of a water sol. solfide such as Na2S, K2S, CaS or (NH4)2S. Portland cement, sand and water are further added, and they are kneaded well, allowed to stand, and solidified with the cement.
