Claims (5)

  1. 화학조성이 CaO-SiO2-Al2O3시스템인 슬래그용 기본재, 불화물 그리고 알칼리금속 및 알칼리토금속의 카보네이트로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 한 종류의 물질로 이루어진 플럭스 및 용융 속도 조절제로서 탄소질 집합체로 이루어진 연속주조용 성형첨가제 조성물에 있어서, 탄소질 집합체로서 평균입자 크기가 10㎛ 이하인 카본블랙 및 활성탄소를 성형첨가제 조성물에 각각 0.5 내지 2.0무게% 및 1 내지 4무게% 가하고, 성형첨가제 조성물의 용적밀도가 0.9g/㎤이하임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기본재와 플럭스 혼합물을 최소한 60무게%를 상기 혼합물의 잔여부분과 혼합시키기 전에 미리 용융시킨 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 플럭스가 CaF2, BaF2, NaF, LiF, Na2CO3, K|2CO3, Li2CO3, CaCO3및 BaCO3중에서 선택된 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 플럭스의 첨가량이 전체 성형첨가제 조성물을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 30무게%인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 카본블랙의 입자크기가 0.01 내지 0.05㎛이고 비표면적이 50 내지 240㎡/g인 조성물.
