Abstract
엔진(1)으로 부터의 출력을 변속하여 차륜에 전달하는 차량용 기어변속 장치를 위한 조작시스템은 상기 엔진(1)과 상기 기어변속장치(A)를 연결하는 동력전달 경로중에 설치되어, 전후진의 각각의 대응하는 2개의 유압클러치(5,6)와 그들을 선택적으로 조작하는 전후진 전환밸브(32)를 가진 제1클러지기구;상기 기어변속장치(A)와 차륜을 연결하는 동력전달 경로중에 설치되어 동력의 전달/차단을 급속히 행할 수 있는 급속적동 클러치(19)와 그것을 조작하는 클러치조작밸브(28)를 가진 제2클러치기구;상기 기어변속 장치를 변속조작하는 액튜에이터(T1,T2);또한 상기 전후진 전환밸브(32), 상기 클러치 조작밸브(26), 상기 액튜에이터(T1,T2)와 연동녀결된 제어장치(30)를 가진다. 상기 액튜에이터(T1,T2)의 변속조작의 개시에 응답하여 상기 급속작동클러치(19)는 차단됨과 동시에 상기 제1클러치기구의 전달상태의 유압클러치가 소정저압지까지 감압된다.
또, 상기 액튜에이터(T1,T2)의 변속조작의 종료에 응답하여 상기 급속작동클러치(19)가 걸어맞추어짐과 동시에 상기 제1클러치기구의 소정저압상태의 유압클러치의 유압이 점차적으로 상승된다.

제 3 도는 변속조작시에 있어서의 전진 및 후진유압클러치의 작동압과 급속작동클러치의 전동상태도.
Claims (8)
- 엔진(1)으로부터의 출력을 변속하여 차륜에 전달하는 차량용 기어변속장치(A)를 위한 조작시스템에 있어서, 상기 엔진과 상기 기어변속장치(A)를 연결하는 동력전달 경로중에 설치되어 복수개의 유압클러치를 가진 제 1 클러치기구, 동력의 전달/차단을 급속히 행할 수 있는 급속작동클러치(19)와 상기 급속작동클러치(19)를 조작하는 클러치 조작수단과 상기 기어변속장치(A)를 변속조작하는 액튜에이터(T1,T2)으로 이루어져 있고 상기 기어변속장치(A)와 차륜(7,7)을 연결하는 동력전달 경로중에 설치된 제 2 클러치기구 및 상기 액튜에이터(T1,T2)의 변속조작의 개시에 응답하여 상기 클러치 조작수단(26)을 통하여 급속작동클러치(19)를 차단함과 동시에, 상기 제 1 클러치기구의 전달상태의 유압클러치를 소정저압(P2)까지 감압시키는 제 1 제어수단과, 상기 액튜에이터(T1,T2)의 변속조작의 종료에 응답하여 상기 클러치 조작수단(26)을 통하여 급속작동클러치(19)를 걸어맞춤과 동시에 상기 제 1 클러치기구의 소정저압상태(P2)의 유압클러치에의 유압을 점차적으로 상승시키는 제 2 제어수단으로 이루어졌으며 상기 제 1 클러치기구와 상기 클러치 조작수단과 상기 액튜에이터와 연동연결된 제어장치(30)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 제 1 클러치기구는 전후진용 전환장치로서 형성되어 있고, 엔진동력을 직접 상기 기어변속장치(A)에 전달하는 전진유압클러치(5), 엔진동력을 역전시켜 상기 기어변속장치(A)에 전달하는 후진유압클러치(6) 및 유압을 공급함으로써 상기 전진, 후진유압클러치(5,6)를 선택적으로 조작가능한 전후진 전환수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전후진 전환수단은 상기 전후진유압클러치(5,6)에 연동연결된 전환밸브(32)와, 이 전환밸브를 조작하는 전후진 전환레버(33)에 의하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 클러치기구에는 전자비례밸브(27)가 연동연결되어 있고, 이 전자비례밸브의 작동에 의하여 상기 전후진유압클러치(5,6)의 개폐조작이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 조작수단은 상기 액튜에이터(T1,T2)의 파일롯유로(16)와 연동하는 조작밸브(26)에 의하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 조작밸브(26)는 상기 파일롯유로(16)의 유압의 변화에 응답하여 급속히 연통위치 또는 연통차단위치로 전환조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치(30)는 상기 기어변속장치(A)에 연통연결되어, 상기 기어변속장치의 변속조작에 응답하여 상기 제 1 클러치기구와 연통연결된 전자비례압력밸브(27)를 개폐하기 위한 출력신호를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 제어수단은 상기 기어변속장치와 연동연결되어 기어변속조작의 개시에 응답하여 그 내부압력이 저하하는 상기 파일롯유로(16); 상기 파일롯유로의 압력변화를 검출하는 압력센서(35) ; 상기 센서에 의하여 검출된 압력저하에 대응하는 제 1 출력신호를 생성하는 제어장치(30) ; 상기 제 1 클러치기구에 연동연결되어, 상기 제 1 클러치기구의 개폐조작하고 상기 제 1 출력신호에 응답하여 점차적으로 연통차단되는 전자비례압력밸브(27) 및 상기 파일롯유로(16)의 압력저하에 응답하여 급속히 단절조작되는 상기 급속작동클러치(19)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 제어수단은 상기 기어변속장치와 연동연결되어, 기어변속조작의 종료에 응답하여 그 내부압력이 상승하는 상기 파일롯유로(16) ; 상기 파일롯유로의 압력변화를 검출하는 압력센서(35) ; 상기 센서에 의하여 검출된 압력상승에 대응하는 제 2 출력신호를 생성하는 제어장치(30) ; 상기 제 1 클러치기구에 연동연결되어, 상기 제 1 클러치기구의 개폐조작을 하고 상기 제 2 출력신호에 응답하여 점차적으로 연통되는, 전자비례압력밸브(27) 및 상기 파일롯유로(16)의 압력상승에 응답하여 급속히 들어가기 조작되는 상기 급속작동클러치(19)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조작시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
