Abstract

본 발명은 칼슘 및(또는) 마그네슘과 같은 경쟁 이온과 함께 납, 카드뮴, 아연, 크롬, 비소 및 수은과 같은 1종 이상의 중금속을 함유하는 수용액을 무정형 규산 티탄 또는 주석과 접촉시키는 수용액 중의 중금속 제거 방법에 관한 것이다. 무정형 규산 티탄 및 주석은 규소 대 티탄 또는 주석의 몰비가 1 : 4 내지 1 : 9 : 1이고, 누적 탈착 기공 체적이 약 0.03 내지 약 0.25㎤/g의 범위인 것을 특징으로 한다.

무정형 규산 티탄 및 규산 주석을 이용하는 경쟁 이온 함유 수성계로부터의 중금속 특히 납의 제거법

제1도는 시판 이온 교환체의 납에 대한 유효 용량을 나타내는 도표, 제2도는 실시예 10의 이온 교환체의 납제거에 대한 유효 용량을 나타내는 도표.

Claims (10)

  1. 칼슘 및(또는) 마그네슘과 같은 경쟁이 이온 및 1종 이상의 중금속을 함유하는 수용액으로부터 실질적으로 제거될 때까지 규소 대 티탄 또는 주석의 몰비가 1:4 내지 1.9:1이고 약 0.03 내지 약 0.25㎤/g의 탈착 기공 체적을 지닌 규산 티탄 및 규산 주석으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 무정형 렐과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액 중의 중금속 제거 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무정형 겔이 규산 티탄인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무정형 겔이 규산 주석인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 중금속이 납, 카드뮴, 아연, 크롬, 비소 및 수은으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 중금속이 납, 카드뮴, 아연 크롬, 비소 및 수은으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  6. 칼슘 및 (또는) 마네슘과 같은 경쟁 이온 및 1종 이상의 중금속을 함유하는 수용액을 0.5 내지 0.14 몰 농도의 규산 나트륨 용액을 0.3 내지 3.5몰 농도의 티탄 또는 주석염 용액과 PH 약 4 내지 9에서 반응시켜서 무정형 겔을 얻고 이 겔을 숙성시키고 세척 건조시켜 제조한 무정형 규산 티탄 또는 규산 주석 겔과 접촉시키고, 이러한 중금속 수용액과의 접촉을 중금속이 수용액으로부터 실질적으로 제거될 때까지 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용액 중의 중금속 제거 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, ph가 7 내지 8인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 겔이 24시간 내지 96시간 동안 숙성되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 무정형 겔이 규산 티탄인 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 무정형 겔이 규산 주석인 방법.
